I went to this location recently after a visit to the hospital. I had been to this location a while ago but I never had a chance to sit down and eat. I had the Joe's Club sandwich (which was AMAZING!!!) and a large vanilla iced latte (again, AMAZING!). My friend just had a large coffee which she said was good as well. The service was very quick and since it wasn't busy there were a lot of tables available. The ambiance was very European/Minimalist and the space was large. The next time I go to the hospital I will stop by this place.

The customer service was horrible. The woman at the counter was so rude and passive agressive. When we didn't hear the first time she announced our food, she practically yelled at us. Love Joe & The Juice but there is a serious problem with the girl working the counter.

I was so exited to come here and try the infamous tunacado, but the service was absolutely horrible and disrespectful. I came in smiling and said hello to the girl the girl at the counter and she completely ignored me while she was making coffee. I waited a little and asked if it was okay if I ordered, and she responded (without making any eye contact) "what do you want?" I was in shock. If you're not happy at your workplace, it's your choice to work there and you should never take it out on the customers. It left me with such a bad taste and I don't think I'll ever return to this location.

Shamir greeted us and was very kind. He even offered us a sample of their drinks, which was a delicious treat. He was very kind. In fact, I saw his face light up with smiles just by complementing his service. Treat your local businesses with kindness folks. Shamir is a good dude. Hopefully you run into him.

Would give it 0 stars if I could. I work near here and I have never encountered ruder or more careless staff. The guy who made my sandwich had gloves on but then picked up his phone with his gloves on and started texting, went to the cash and checked someone out (still with his gloves on) the went back to making the sandwich. I walked out. Place is a health and safety violation fr

I have not had service this totally indifferent for a while. I have never been to a Joe & the Juice, seen it around, felt like a treat. Walk in, the cashier stares and says nothing. I am looking at the menu, she and her co-workers chat amongst themselves and do their own thing. She finally turns back around, still doesn't say anything. I order, she cashes me out, makes the drink and hands it over. Not a word. Drinks taste fine but frankly the ones at Dunkin Donut across the street look way more appealing. It's called a service industry for a reason. Not worth the $20 I just spent. Go elsewhere.

2 ladies don’t have any customers and I’m still waiting for my order while they are chatting and changing music on a iPad. Update I got my sandwich and it’s so salty. She drenched my sandwich in pesto or something. Worst location

I can't believe I just paid $14 for blended ice with a watered down hint of vegetable juice.Who blends ice into a green juice????The worst juice I've ever drank then add getting ripped off.Customer beware.

Worst experience I’ve ever had. The store was dirty and the drinks were awful. The light skin girl with pink hair is rude and has a nasty attitude. It’s one thing to have a dirty store but another to have terrible staff. She just made my whole experience worst

Dude can’t even make a power shake correctly. I have an ice slushy in my hands w bits of avocado visibly inside of it and on the cup (after 15 minutes of waiting).
