Got two large coffees…wanted to make sure I was actually received a large coffee since the cup size seemed small. After saying “excuse me” 5 times to the person who took my order but was blatantly ignoring since I’ve already paid, another coworker who now seemed annoyed, finally addressed me. The coffee was good, but will never buy from here again due to the rudeness.

Horrible taste coffee. Ordered Cafe Mocha snd cappuccino. Both the coffee temperature was on the warm side. Not hot at all. Coffee tasted bad . Wouldn't recommend this place .

The service was really good, however the quality of the drinks are lacking. My friend got the matcha latte and said it was good but nothing special. I got the black cherry espresso soda and was disappointed with the flavor ratio. The drink was just an iced espresso with a little bit of black cherry syrup. The workers were nice and let me add more syrup to try and balance the flavors, but it was still overpowered by the espresso. Not to mention that there wasn’t any soda in the drink. I wouldn’t recommend unless you’re a heavy coffee consumer.

Do yourself a favor and come here for Cappuccino or Macha or your favorite, get off your feet for an hour or so and watch the world go by in Bryant park. You can always find a table or bench. Best deal in Manhattan for ambience and a rest. Restooms in the library behind the park.
