We ordered around 9pm last 8:30 last night for 3 spicy chicken pieces but when we came home we only received one spicy and two regulars. See attached photo. Please make it right for us!

It was just okay. They forgot a couple items that we had to go back to the front and get but they handled it pretty quick. The food itself wasn't the best, came out kind of warm and was generally unimpressive as far as taste went as well. And its a pepsi store if you're like me and prefer coke products. Was pretty busy when we went and seating was limited, the space itself is super small but it's Time Square so, can't knock them for that. In general, it was pretty ok, I wouldn't go again

The preparation was quick and luckily I was able to get a cookie. If you like Filipino food, this is the place for you. Unfortunately the choice of food is limited.

Went to this location for the first time. Located on the next block from the Port Authority Bus Terminal and not far from Times Sq area. Seating available in a small area in the back- I think 6 tables (some for 2-4 people,1 maybe can fit 6). 1 lone table in the front. Service is good. An error in my order was corrected right away. Menu is missing palabok, which I was informed they didn't have at this location. Got the 1 pc combo with spaghetti ($9.99) - spicy chicken drumstick, skin is crispy but not the battered part (maybe I am not like most but I am not into the gravy); spaghetti was enough amount for me, sweet, cheesy sauce, but lacking hotdog bits. Combo is a filling meal for me. 2pc- combo is $12.99. Adobo rice was nothing special, a little dry, so won't get again. I told my son that the Ube pie is plain with ube paste filling, but he wanted to taste it, and he agreed that it is. I prefer the peach mango pie better. Both with a crispy pie shell.

I ordered online for pickup and asked my husband to pick it up on his way to port authority. He didn’t check the items and after he came home, we found my spicy deluxe chicken sandwich is missing. Now I need to reorder my dinner.

I tried Jollibees for the first time today and I must say their chicken here are great! They’re very big and have a lot of flavor. Definitely a great place! Their sandwiches were good too but I didn’t like the mashed potatoes as much. Overall still a great experience. They were a bit short of staff so it took longer for them to get my order ready but definitely worth the wait :)

I decided to visit this location to grab a quick lunch and the cashier was very welcoming and polite, the food came out in less than 5 minutes. As I approached my table, I mildly slipped (the floor was a little wet because it was raining extremely hard and there was some foot traffic coming in and out of the washrooms). Nothing happened to me but unfortunately, my pineapple quencher rolled and fell on the floor. I was embarrassed but I know it was an accident. I went back to the cashier and politely asked for a paper towel and if I could have someone assist me with the spill. The cashier informed me that she would send someone to clean it up, she also was gracious enough to give me another glass of pineapple juice which I was not expecting but truly appreciated. I moved to a table just across from my initial table before the service crew's arrival. She approached the table, looked at me with a big sigh, angrily pulled the chair, and said to herself, " nasa gilid na nga yung lamesa, tanga kasi, nagtapon pa" (the table is already on the side, what a stupidity, and decided to spill on the floor). I was in disbelief. I was honestly not expecting to hear that. But I kept quiet and I tried to understand her frustrations. She kept murmuring while cleaning. A few minutes later, another service crew came and asked her what happened. She then replied, "pagod ka na nga tapos may magtatapon pa ng ganito, lilinisin ko pa, tanga kasi, hindi nag-iingat". ( I am already tired, and yet someone decided to spill the drink, and now I have to clean it, what a stupid and careless person). The kitchen service crew said, "hindi naman siguro sinasasadya" (I don't think it was intentional). She still kept saying a few words which is inaudible. That's when I politely spoke and said my sorry in Tagalog and explained to her that it was an accident. Background: I am 100% Filipino but my physical features can be mistaken for a Latino. She and the other service crew were very shocked that I could understand all of what she said. But instead of apologizing she said, " Hindi ka kasi nagiingat" ( you are careless). I calmly informed them that the floor was a little wet because of the foot traffic. That's why I slid and said my sorry again. I was expecting her to at least apologize for deliberately calling me stupid, but all I got was a sigh and she turned around. I politely requested the kitchen service crew to call the manager but she told me multiple times not to tell the manager about what happened and instead, she apologized on behalf of the dining room service crew. After I insisted a few times, she called the manager and the manager spoke to me. He was very apologetic and listened to what transpired. He said he would speak with the dining room service crew. He came back in less than 5 minutes and his explanations were, "Sir, kala po kasi nung service crew ikaw yung customer na andito kanina lang, yung description po kasi nung customer is black pants and black shirt, nagtapon po kasi yung customer na yun, kaya kala po nung crew ikaw yun, bumalik ulit para magtapon". (Sir, you were mistaken for a different person who was here an hour ago. That customer was described as wearing black pants and a black shirt. The customer deliberately spilled on the floor and left. The service crew thought that the same customer returned. He then apologized again for the mistaken identity.) I am wearing black scrubs, with a gray undershirt and a school ID. Before he left, he gave me a pie which I intentionally did not accept but the gesture was truly appreciated. My concern is I am quite fortunate because I understand what the service crew said. But how about those who cannot? The bottom line is no one deserves to be disrespected and bad-mouthed, especially in an establishment that prides itself in providing a jolly experience and carries the flag of the Philippines who are known for kindness and hospitality. I hope this serves as a lesson to treat everyone with kindness and benevolence.

For those of you comming back here thinking they have the spicy chicken - ITS A SCAMIt is the second time that they put the spicy chicken back on the menu, but in reality, they are just mild chicken with the little spicy flagsNOT A SINGLE TASTE OF SPICINESSGo back to Philippines if you are gonna be a trash scam food chain. I’m not sure why they haven’t got sued for scamming customers two times in a row.

This was better the last time I had it. I decided to try to spicy, so I got half spicy half normal. The normal chicken was fresh, juicy, and well seasoned. The spicy was dry and flavorless. It didn't even taste like they used salt and pepper. There was no taste at all and definitely no spice, and I'm a baby when it comes to spicy food.Had the spaghetti for the first time and I really liked it. It was sweet but it had more flavor than I expected. Would get it again for sure.
