Stopped by here for our very first experience with Jollibee! The food came out quickly and tasted fine, but unfortunately the service from two staff stood out and made the experience almost unbearable. When I asked the cashier “can I please have a 10 piece bucket with two sides of fries”, the cashier then tells me “so you mean you want the bucket treat, I’ve been telling people to say the treat because if they just say bucket then I already put it in and now I have to change it” basically complaining right in front of my face. I understand that it is frustrating to have to redo an order, but maybe try waiting until the customer finishes saying what they want before inputting the order? It just really caught me off guard as it was our first time at any Jollibee. After we get over that situation, we sat down to eat our food, and a father and their kid who only spoke spanish walks up to a staff member asking for the restroom. The staff member then yells at the two saying “ENGLISH ENGLISH You need the restroom code you need the receipt” over and over and the two obviously were not understanding. I was about to stand up and input the restroom code for them, but then someone else unlocked it. Maybe the worker was tired but this was incredibly rude and unnecessary behavior. He wasted his time when he could have just gotten someone else to take care of them or gotten a receipt to put in the code. We could not finish our food after that, we went to the family to make sure they did eventually get into the restroom and left. Please retrain or fire your workers.

I tried Jollibee because it was going crazy on the internet. But, I found it to be nothing special. It wasn’t nasty, but I don’t even remember the taste of the chicken. All I can remember is that the spaghetti is sweet and the mashed potatoes and gravy taste just like KFCs’. And, I only got the potatoes because the cashier recommended it because it’s his favorite… I probably should’ve tried the adobo.

Big fan of jollibee and it was my first time trying the time square location probably the worst location I been to due to the extremely long wait (over 45 mins) especially when people who are ordering similar orders are getting there food before meI would recommend going to different location

The food is good. The place is kinda small but still cozy. However, John, the Asian staff taking orders was very rude and unprofessional. I hadn’t been here before and asked some questions about the menu. John was very impatient and was unwilling to answer any of my questions. I like this place, but you guys really need to pay more attention to the staff training. You may have a bad day, but you should try not to bring it to your work and ruin other’s day.

I usually dont do reviews but today really pushed me. I brought my family here for dinner yesterday 2/2/24 & we’re filipinos so we know the menu even before coming in. I ordered burgersteak excited but this particular jollibee branch doesnt have it which i ddnt know. The young black cashier got mad saying out loud “why dont they look at the menu up there”. The other white cashier responded kindly well its too small to see. After that she was just plain rude taking our orders. She asked if i wanted a drink and i said pineapple juice and she scoffed at me saying “ok so yes to drink!” I dont know what i did to upset her maybe just having a mistake of ordering burgersteak? But for someone who works in customer services esp jollibee which is a beloved filipino fast food she shouldnt be in front because she’s rude, disrespectful & no customer service at all.After eating we cleaned up our table and threw out everything then my mom needed to go to the bathroom before we left. The security really followed her and asked for receipt!! Really? She asked me for it but i said i threw out everything already.. & dont get me wrong i understand that you need a code for some restaurants but my mom was trying to explain how we just ate and cleaned up & threw out everything Including the receipt but that security was so strict about it embarrassing my mom as if she comitted a crime. Now this other customer overheard us and was kind enough to give his receipt and find the code but literally the security would block and not allow my mom to go thinking we just went there to pee. Nobody not even the filipinos who worked there helped even when they saw us order food and ate. At this point we ddnt even argue anymore and left. I am so disappointed that i had to give this review. If you wanna enjoy the food and the place this Jollibee location is not it! Poor customer service. Rude people working & theyre not even filipinos disgracing the place we all loved!

very poor service. Horrible experience. I ordered through their app online, and they were scheduled to be delivered about within 1 hour. I wait 1h and 45 mins it shows delivered but with nothing I received. I called their number 4 times in the following 2 hours and no one is online. Eventually I called the DoorDash customer service and they help me to request a refund through Jollibee. Waiting to see how it goes. Absolutely ridiculous.

Went here to eat during a crowded Times Square night. The chicken was okay and it was very expensive for what it is. It took such a long time (at least 30 minutes) for the chicken to be ready for me. The place is way too small and jam-packed with people. Service was okay and the food was definitely meh.

After eating an entire meal with my family. My child needed their pamper changed and when trying to use the restroom was harassed by a worker who try deny us access. Additionally there was a worker who seemed very sick throwing up in the other restroom. The place seemed very grim. Would not recommend if you have a child otherwise you will have someone yelling at you there can only be one person in the restroom with the child even though it is only you and the child.

I love Jollibee as it is one of my favote fast food restaurant growing up in the Philippines and I always go to this restaurant whenever I am in Manhattan. As usual the all time favorites like chicken joy with adobo rice, spaghetti, and pancit palabok were great. I was just disappointed with the way they handled my to go order, as it was missing some items that I ordered and paid for. Maybe it was my fault that I didn't check the items before leaving the store as I trusted the older gentleman crew member doing the to go order to have everything that I ordered packed and ready to go. Service needs some training as i double checked with the order taker my orders before paying and still, my order were still missing a couple of items.
