I usually don't write about franchises but today was a different experience all together at Juice Generation (JG). We have been visiting different JG since its inception in the city and always loved their smoothee. My wife in particular loves the Sunshine Day one but it has been discontinued. This JG, the guy at the register did not know what she was talking about but one of the Spanish guys in the back came out and spoke with us, asked what it was to jog his memory, made it for her and even gave her the remaining sample. He took his time and his interaction was kind, understanding and made our morning. So kudos to him and his team for making excellent drinks and making our morning pleasant.
Juice Generation 979 8 Avenue (Columbus Circle)This is my Favorite Juice & Smoothie spot!. The manager is a great guy and Supervisor as well. Always helpful to customers with there request with no comlaints. The staff is the best, always pleasent, professional and make you feel welcome. The place is well lit and has alot of decorations. There refrigerators with juices, Fresh coconut and salad are very clean and we'll kept. I have been coming to this place in the covid time and is always great to come get my Get ur Green on juice and that peanut butter split with a little Dragon Fruit in it.

As a regular Juice Generation customer since 2018, I couldn't be more disappointed. The last time I went to your establishment, it was this one. Never more. I've always loved P-Nutty Protein (it used to be called differently). It was delicious, creamy, with a lot of flavor, many toppings and a very good size. In the last year I have been noticing that the portion was getting smaller and smaller, and the last time it seemed ridiculously tiny to me. It didn't have any flavor, it was watery (because instead of using açai and protein, they basically use ice) and the toppings went directly to the bottom since it didn't have any consistency, and obviously, very few toppings.It's a shame that they have ruined a product that was great like this. I understand that they have raised the price, since everything has gone up...but at least maintain the size and above all, the product itself.

Came in today to get my Saturday cleansing juice. The line was fairly long. Waited for 10 + minus. Finally it's my turn. I was debating to get and asked several questions to the staff. But I was pissed off and regret to come in today. Obviously he has 0 patient and not interested in customer questions. I felt rushed to finish my order so that ' don't block their line'.

Peanut butter split is an overpowering peanut butter. Not worth the money. Very creamy and very peanut buttery. Absolutely disgusting. Overpriced for the sheit quality you get. Service was standard. Not good at all. Ambiance is again, pretty standard.

Yummy and delicious smoothies, but a little expensive ($10). I really like the watermelon dragon smoothies, as it is really refreshing and the flavor blends well together. It has been a staple after running in Central Park. The staffs are all nice.
