No one was working during operating hours. And when I called equinox, they said that they would be right there. I waited for 10 minutes, and then they said they don’t know where their worker is. Extremely unreliable just go someplace else.

If you want anything in a timely manner do not come here. Was just in about 20 min ago 12:30 and there was someone’s pickup order that had a 12:47 pickup stamp just chilling getting warm and a sign that said “back in a flash” and yet no one came out for the next 15 min wasting a lot of my break time. I left.I do not recommend. This isn’t the first time something like this has happened at this location for me also wasting my break time.

I usually come here to get a protein shake or a protein bar after my workout at equinox this time I stopped by before my workout to grab a quick bar around 6pm on Thursday. I was speaking to the cashier which he is always nice and with great customer service. While he was ringing me up this other guy that works there started talking and said “ remember no pain no gain ! “ I stated I was in pain working out every day this week. He proceed too say “ well you should keep going “ but the way he said it was as if he was being funny not being encouraging. I didn’t think it was funny and finished paying for my protein bar. He then said damn “ I am mean “ and laughed while I walked off. I feel this was so rude and and inappropriate. I didn’t ask for his input .

I love this location. I’ve been coming to this Equinox since 2019 and never had a problem. I feel that the negative reviews are made by racist patrons who should move if they can’t stand Black people. My time in the military has taught me to respect people from all walks of life and be professional.

Paid $10.30 for essentially a powder smoothie - no taste of greens. My friend got the strawberry banana and almost choked on a half blended date. Would avoid this place unless you got the disposable income for a bad smoothie.

I just tried to get a smoothie at the Columbus circle location and there is a fellow with a scarf covering his face and he stated that he is not making smoothies because he has to put boxes away, I think this is totally unacceptable

The man working here put a ski mask over his head and told me to leave as soon as I walked in. I would have thought he was robbing the place, but no he definitely was an employee. I stuck around to see what the deal was while he finished making someone else’s smoothie then reiterated for me to leave. I never said a single word the whole time I was there, but was treated like garbage by a truly garbage employee.

The service here deserves no stars. I was just there and the guy working was quite rude and awful. He saw me come in, looked at me and then proceeded to sit down and eat his lunch. After 10 min, I leaned over and asked if they were closed and he said, “I’m on break.” Had he told me that politely, I would have come back. He knew I was standing there and yet still decided to knowingly be incredibly rude for no reason.I get customer service is hard. I get having bad days. I used to work Customer service for years. I never treated anyone so rudely. Why didn’t this associated simply tell me he was on break before leaving me standing for 10 min while he ate? It’s not my place as a customer to hound the associate for information. From what I’ve heard, this associate is always like this. I called upstairs to the equinox and made a complaint. Totally unacceptable behavior for a situation that could have easily not gone sour. I only recommend this specific juice bar If the associate I just “interacted” with is NOT there.
