First of all, I’m gonna say, save your time and go around the block and get CHELSEA JUICE. This place sucks, the staff treats you terrible. I ordered a açaí bowl and waited about 15 minutes this girl comes in after and orders the same thing. They call her order and I go up and they insisted it’s for her and that mine had been sitting up at the counter for a while…. I was the only person in the store. There was three people working. I HAD A SOUP SMOOTHIE FOR 14$ I would’ve asked them to remake it but I didn’t want to spend one more minute in there.

We bought two juices -- 4EverYoung, Berry Blast -- for $23.Initially, 4EverYoung tasted icy and bland. After letting it come to room temperature in a couple of hours, it was refreshing and bland (in a good way). I specifically bought this juice as it had cauliflower in it.The Berry Blast was sweeter with Banana and Strawberry.Overall, good juices, but the price is high.

My last review went to the wrong Juice Press. The Juice Press on Greenwich Avenue in the West Village is the BEST! The staff has become friends. They treat me like an old buddy. They are efficient and fun to be around. I go EVERY DAY. Not only for the healthyy stuff, but for the delightful staff!

When I make an acai bowl at home it tastes like the fruit I blend. The one I just got from here tastes like frozen ice. I honestly don’t believe the ingredients.

Ive been to several Juice Press locations and it’s almost like they train their staff to be completely awful. This one on greenwich Ave is especially terrible, I’ve been there a dozen times and can say with full confidence they have no concept of how to wait on customers. Always make you feel like they’re doing you a favor when they fill your order and take your $11 for a glass of juice. Tonight I took a pre-packed juice from the fridge labeled “50% off” and stood by the counter for 3 minutes before the cashier appeared to ring me up. When she finally did, she gave me a $1 discount. When I pointed out the 50% off sticker she re-rang and took off 40%. I said that’s only 40% and she said “sorry there’s not a 50% off button”. What?? I don’t care about the extra ~$1 but out of principle I put it back and will never go back.

I will give Juice Press 3 stars and this is only because I did enjoy their Advanced Berry Blend with almond butter added in. However, I was a shocked by the price for a small smoothie. I did understand I was getting a smoothie in NYC but you can also get the same if not better at a local bodega for about half the price. Also, the staff at this location weren't pleasant either time I visited.

I purchased the cactus chips and a jp protein bar. 8 bucks is not cheap but the products were very good and high quality, so keep in mind.. The store was very clean and looked beautiful.
