this place is trash - my smoothie tasted like dirt and they didn’t use real almond milk - they poured a huge tube of water in the blender and didn’t use ice so it’s just watery and gross.

The juices aren’t consistent in taste and texture. I’m usually lucky when I get one that I can enjoy. The blueberry açaí bowl was delicious but for some reason, the fruit smoothies aren’t very good. One particular time I received a watered-down smoothie that contained mostly ice and milk! Another time I got a smoothie so good that I found myself draining the cup! They could also improve customer service. The cashiers usually seem as though they hate being there. It’s also nice to say thank you when someone tips you.I forgot to use the card in my wallet to get my points and I mentioned it to the cashier and she was very dismissive, and then mentioned something about an app. I tried locating it in the app store but was unable to. The least she could've done was navigate me since the store wasn't busy. That's exactly what I meant when I said their customer service is poor!

A bit hard to find initially but easy to get to once you figure out where it is. The store was empty, had to wait five-ten minutes for a worker to appear. I got the Blue Magik, aside from noticeably unblended banana chunks, I enjoyed the smoothie.

Was accidentally given one bowl instead of the two I ordered and instead of making another batch was given scraps of what was left in the blender, not even enough to fill half a bowl.
