Horrible, it is crazy I ordered colli nuggets $10 and got maybe 6 tiny pieces. Went up to counter and they told me I'm lucky for what I got, suck customer service, clean.

Honestly, I've been to Juice Press three times, trying to like it, and everything I've ordered has just been bad. I don't understand who's taste testing the recipes because it's just not good. Next to that, the workers are often rude. The interior is also very odd and not very clean behind the bar. I won't be back.

the products are fantastic but the way the company handles things is very bad. more times than I can count, I have made large orders and multiple items are missing. they never call or write to tell me, and then I have to go on the website and click the "items missing" tab and wait for a refund.

I had the Mango Passion Smoothie. Tasted a little more subtle than smoothies you get elsewhere. I also think it's a bit too expensive, in Chelsea I had one for $6 instead of $11 and it tasted a little better.After drinking, brown balls remain, relatively hard and no idea what they were?Service was friendly and quick, store is clean and nicely decorated but I won't come back because it's nothing special for the price

***Poor Customer Service, Quality Food, Clean*** The service I received was not impressive. It's unfortunate because the food and drink was delicious, which is why I gave this a two star. The person who assisted me was not friendly and in fact, acted like they didn't want to even be there. It definitely made me feel uncomfortable and ready to get out of there.
Staff was great, but the tomato soup was disappointing—fake flavor, nothing in it and seemed pre-prepared. One of the worst I've had. ??

Worst chai latte ever - granted I know it's a smoothie/juice place so why did I order that ??? but at the same time... why are you putting terrible items on the menu? Mine tasted like extremely hot water with a dash of some kind of flavoring?? I don't know but I'm severely disappointed. I have heard the juice and smoothies are great so I would be willing to try anything else on the menu.

I ordered a chx pesto wrap. The whole wrap was no bigger than my mag pack for my iPhone. Also it was poorly wrapped. I didn’t realize until after I left the store. A waste of 10 bucks.
