Love this place, but the only employee in the store was on a "bathroom break" for at least 20 minutes. They were basically closed. I left and they still hadn't come back. Lots of lost revenue.

They were “closed” at 3:45pm on a Saturday even though their hours say they are open to5 pm.

Always closed and so slow. No attention to client at all

I put 1 star because you can't give a zero star review. Otherwise I would. We stopped here as we walked down the highline and were returning to the Hudson Yards. We were so thirsty that it seemed like there was nothing we would not be able to drink. That concept was quickly proven false. I got 2 different smoothies and they were both thick, chalky, gritty, and bland. Way overpriced and practically undrinkable. Do not waste your money here, as the chance is quite high that your purchase will quickly see the inside of a trash receptacle. One of the worlds biggest mysteries is who in their right mind would be a regular here. Expect this business to fail in the near future with their current selection of products

Very very slow. Too them 15 minutes to make a smoothie.

This is a fantastic Juice Press. Definitely recommend trying it out if you haven't been. The staff here is exceptionally warm. Try the almond butter cup or the strawberry banana. They are delicious.

For couple days in a row now i come here and order , get charged and later told they dont have some of the ingredients needed for my smoothie. Like banana or avocado!!! ( seriously ?) When i asked them to be reimbursed they refused and said they are not allowed to do that , even tho they can not make the smoothie i asked for ?

Note for all: this Juice Press makes smoothies, not juice (despite the name). You can buy prepared cold pressed juices from the fridge, but that's not the same if you want a fresh blended juice. On the bright side though, the smoothies (esp The Fountain of Youth) are tasty! And hit the spot after a Hudson River run or a workout. Will probably come back for a smoothie again. They are healthy and filling. I do wish the selection was less limited compared to what you'd expect from a normal juice bar. There are a few barstools for sitting and a few small tables to sit, which is a plus. The location is tucked inside an Equinox (I walked right by it and was looking for it!). Go in the Equinox then it's obvious.

Not a regular Juice Press, it’s just a small counter in the Equinox. The smoothies here aren’t nearly as good—don’t get finessed paying for this chunky, unblended garbage. Do yourself a favor and hit up the location on Greenwich Ave instead.

This is the juice press in the equinox. It's not a great experience- the service is poor, the smoothies are thick and textureless, I find the flavors odd. If you can find a juice generation nearby go there instead. I'm sick of not being able to drink a smoothie because it's got big unblended bananas in it, or isn't balanced.

Dropped by for the '50% off up to 3 items' grand opening on 07/29/16 and it was pretty lightly attended. Nice staffers and a larger selection of food than usual, but again no LevelUp. Solid acai and fruit bowls at a still-kinda-rough price.
