I recommend Just Pho You on the Upper West Side in 101st Street and Broadway. My fiancée and I had the lemon grass wings and the vegetarian spring rolls as an appetizer. For the entree we had beef short rib pho. The food is AMAZING. You will not be disappointed. Also the owner her name is Wan she was very welcoming and hospitable. The experience was awesome. I will definitely come again.
Possibly the best pho I’ve ever had. On my first visit, I ordered the chicken pho, and came back a second time for the vegetable pho. I thought it couldn’t get any better than the chicken broth, but the vegetable broth was equally fantastic. Will be back for more!

This place is BOMBALICIOUS! Hands down the best pho beef broth I have had in years. They were quick to accommodate my request to have the beef broth with chicken meat. The owner and staff are super friendly. The spot is decorated in a simple but whimsical way that just evokes fun. And the pho portions are quite large.If you like your broth to tell you that it was simmered with beef bones for hours resulting in a flavorful broth glistening with delightful little pools of fat, then you are at the right place.And if you don’t like that, well then, you and I need to part ways.
Comforting vegan options, and it’s clear that the owner is passionate about providing a great overall experience !

The food and service here were wonderful. All of the ingredients and flavors are super fresh. I ordered the beef pho and it was very flavorful. The meat was very tender and there were several different cuts of beef in it. There were plenty of vegetables and the broth was light making it feel very healthy to eat. The spring rolls were also very delicious and crispy and came with a delicious sauce. The waitress was also very helpful about how to add the bean sprouts and basil to the broth without it getting too cold. I will be coming back soon.

I’ve been trying all the pho on the UWS. Plum, Saiguette, Two Wheels, etc. JPY is the worst yet. Ordered the Signature Pho and Bun Bo hue on GrubHub. Inedible. Smelled rotten and kind of sweet? Threw it out after a few bites and got a refund. The grilled pork lettuce wrap looked like sliced spam with some wilted brown iceberg lettuce… not good, but at least edible. Based on my experience, I’m surprised to see the relatively high rating.

The pho would have been great if the meat in the Signature Pho - Grand was included. It’s supposed to have beef meatballs, eye round, brisket, flank and tendon. All I got was meatball and too much tendon.

Time having Pho Bowl ? @ JUST PHO YOU.This was such a great experience for me.The food was phenomenally great.I had the beef bone in short rib with brisket with a homemade spicy ?️ chili sauce (yummy).The noodles were the perfect texture.The owner Wong also gave me on the house-a tray of 5 crispy lemongrass butter garlic wings which are MARVELOUSLY & DELICIOUSLY GREAT ?.The owner Wong is terrific, friendly, outgoing, energetic, great conversationalist, and creative for her recipes.Im happy that my first Pho Bowel food experience was at Wongs restaurant.I will be a forever customer at her establishments.Thank you WongVegetarian options: Has vegan dishes on the menu for you to choose if so desire for a great experience.Parking: This is NYC. My serving of lemon grass chicken on rice vermicelli noodles was extremely generous for the price i payed.The portion was unexpected.They really know how to feed their customers.I must say the Vietnamese coffee was rich in flavor. I'm definitely going to be a regular here.
