I used to go to sweetgreens but switched to Just Salad for about a million reasons, and I'm glad I did! They're efficient, and whether you use the app or go through the line, you won't get all frustrated, like, "why is this taking so long??" because it never does, even when there's a line out the door!Their food is always fresh, and there's really no bad ingredients - everything is good, so go ahead and get crazy with it!But the thing that really sets them apart is the staff. I order from here 3-5 times per week, and everybody is so cool and nice! If you're having a bad day, and losing faith in your fellow man, just order from Just Salads at 90 Broad - I promise, it will lift your spirits. And I'm not even exaggerating. And I get it - what really matters is the food, and trust me it'll be fresh. But the interactions you'll have there with the nicest people in FiDi - that matters too! I promise.

July 2023:Love the salad ??. Stopped by for lunch and tried the Tokyo Supergreens salad. I thought the flavors were excellent ?.The ingredients tasted very fresh. Was very happy with the portions too. Service was very friendly. Really appreciated the workers serving up delicious food.I will definitely come back again for more delicious food when I am in the neighborhood!

I came in l place a pick 2 order. When the associate was preparing my food, I ahead gave me a large bowl and stated I never asked for a pick 2. I do not know why she would look at me and tell me that, but I could tell she was busy, so I politely told her I certainly stated that. They do not need my little money, but I hope service and communication improve.

Found Just Salad through MealPal and am really happy with it. The food is satisfying and healthy. Also, the folks here are noticeably more friendly than folks at other fast casual places.
Nailed it. My salad was perfect - the staff fully followed the directions for my custom salad and I couldn't have been happier. I created my own version of caesar salad and saved it to my favorites, I love this feature on then website! My salad was ready in time and I was happy about the fork being included because sometimes I forget to add it and it just causes HAVOC!

I love this place, in my lunch hour I always go there. the staff is incredible and the manager is always there in front serving all customers with unique speed which is what all of us who go out for 10 minutes to buy food on our lunch hour look for greydi she’s the best manager always give a good services.
