Walked blocks in the pouring rain, picked up salad, went all the way back to my desk to find they forgot dressing. I've ordered from hear several times in the past with my MealPal account and the quality really isn't the best either. Lots of the lettuce cores no one really wants to eat. Very crowded and chaotic.

I recently ordered a grilled chicken salad for our law firm, and I must say, it was a complete disappointment. Despite the hefty price tag of $18, the portion size was laughably small. The four measly pieces of chicken resembled half-chewed chicken nuggets, hardly enough to satisfy anyone's appetite.To add insult to injury, the chicken lacked any discernible flavor or seasoning, making it taste like bland rubber. It's appalling that a dish at this price point could be so devoid of taste and quality.Overall, my experience with was a waste of both money and appetite. I will not be ordering from them again, and I certainly wouldn't recommend them to anyone else. Save yourself the disappointment and seek out a restaurant that values both your money and your taste buds. The store does live up to it's name, Just Salad is all you get.

I work across the street from the Just Salad store on Madison and 42nd street and go there 2 or 3 times a week. It is a high volume outlet and a fairly small floor plan for serving customers, filling orders, and organizing checkout. That said, it is probably the most efficient work environment I have ever encountered. The manager (who has a voice that she is able to project over the hubbub of the store) runs a tight ship, keeps the staff on their toes and the salad/bowl/wrap line humming. And the staff is well-trained so that I know that I will get the same terrific order every time I go, no matter who is helping me out (my go-to is the Thai Chicken Crunch). And Tyana, who takes everyone's order to help keep the line moving, is so friendly to everyone and always remembers my name! I only go as often as I do because I know the food is good, it won't take more than 5-10 minutes to get it, and Tyana will remember me. Five Stars!!!

I’ve ordered Caesar Salad from this location 5+ times over the past 2 weeks. Every time I was given only one type of greens which is lettuce without my request. Today for the very first time a staff member put kale+lettuce so I requested to have only lettuce. Another staff member commented saying that it’s “so annoying”. What kind of store allows their staff to say that to customers???After reading into the menu, it turned out that the staff member who put in kale was correct. Why the hell the previous members never offered me kale???The lack of training is simply astonishing.

I’d also like to particularly highlight the service I’ve received from Tyana- whether greeting patrons or making salads, she always has a positive attitude and makes the salads to perfection, elevating the experience for everyone she interacts with. Consistently top quality experience and work culture at this location.
I'm still thinking about how much I enjoyed my warm chicken thigh and goat cheese bowl with arugula, roasted sweet potatoes, and roasted balsamic mushrooms. I'd gladly order this tasty bowl again!

Placed a pick up order 20 min before getting to the place. Got there and I was looked at like I’m a crazy person. No one asked and answered if they got my order, if my salad was coming. Nothing. To top it off- waited another 10 for a mediocre salad with barely any vegetables/protein and they didn’t include the extra ingredients. With so many salad places around- skip this one.

The worst... do not order any delivery either they get it wrong every time. Don't give you the extra toppings you pay for and don't even give all the ingredients listed in the description of the actual salad. I have ordered from here twice both times received the wrong protein, no dressing, almost all the toppings included are missing. Beware
