My doctor confirmed I contracted norovirus from eating contaminated salad as this was the only thing I ate after having fasted for 24 hours before.I had food poisoning after eating one of their salads

When it pertains to eating a delicious salad, JUST SALAD is definitely the place to go!!! The location in Chelsea on 8th Avenue between !6th and 17th street is where a young lady by the name of Patricia works. I recommend everyone who decides to stop at this location to ask for her. She is the epitome of diligent, caring, professional and takes extreme pride in her work. I always look forward to picking up lunch there because I know for sure that it is going to be an awesome food experience. Thank you Patricia for your service and always making my lunch time enjoyable.

Just Salad is one of my go to lunch spots and even dinner during the week when I want to be healthy and eat a filling delicious meal. Their salads and bowls are great, high quality and consistency. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a delicious, nutritious, healthy, cost conscious meal. I’m going more vegetarian and plant based lately when eating by myself and this place really hits!! I get the beyond chicken and it is fire.I loveee Jade, seeing her brightens my day and she’s helped me pick my meals more times than I can count. She teaches me new ways to get discounts like ordering on the app, getting a reusable bowl from them for $2 and bringing it in, and she’s as hilarious as she is informative. Great vibes from the people here. I even met a good friend of mine while ordering here who also lives in the area. Check this Just Salad Chelsea location out!!
The staff here gaslit me because they were too lazy to make my order. Also laughed at me and were so rude. I simply ordered a you pick two straight off the menu that she wouldn’t make then a kids meal for my child that she also wouldn’t make unless there was a child there. Whispered and laughed at me would niy recommend this location at all staff is so weird and gross

The manager, Jade is extremely friendly, super professional and a very lovely young woman. I go there often after the gym starving and when she makes my salad it just tastes AMAZING!! with as many customers as that store gets she remembers the usual for regular patrons. One night she made my salad, in her particular way, that it was the best salad I've ever had from the establishment. The next night someone else made it and I didn't finish it because it just wasn't as good. The night after that when I returned Jade was cleaning and I asked if she could possibly make my salad. She washed her hands and with a smile asked if I wanted my regular. She's a very dedicated employee and always closing. Clean facility with fresh food! Super easy to make a build your own salad. The place wasn’t busy and there was plenty of space to sit and eat with charging ports. The employee that made my salad was patient and helpful. I got my salad quick and it was delicious! It made me feel good. I recommend this location.

I love this location , always come every morning, however I was surprised by the staff rudeness today July 21st around 20:45 pm. the worker who claims to be an "18 year old guy" was laughing at our requests, I asked the salad to be heavy on the dressing like the usual, and he said that was not a procedure and started laughing. Extremely rude. The girls in the morning staff are always nice.

I love the chicken poblano salad here. The service was a little off at this location compared to others (the guy was a little stubborn and not friendly and definitely did heavy instead of medium on the dressing) and the tables were wobbly but overall, still loved my salad here and the service was quick!

Good salad but the warm chicken fajita was just that.....barely warm and if you're looking for a bathroom while eating here, keep looking because it is only available to employees. Would have eaten elsewhere if I had known that.

I will start by saying this is my regular lunch spot as I work in a nearby ER, but my experience today was so upsetting! I ordered my usual crispy chicken poblano. I noticed the employee forgot to add avocado, which is included. I said “oh isn’t there avocado in this salad?” And said “yeah it’s in there”. My almost 15 dollar salad in fact did not have the avocado in it and she didn’t care enough to add it after I asked politely :(
