What a gem. Arrived 15 min before close and David and his team treated us like family. Did not make us feel rushed, took us on a tour of the pizza ovens just genuinely great people. My wife said “you can tell David is proud of where he works”. That says it all. The absolute best pizza , our party had gluten free and traditional pizza, they cook in separate ovens even to prevent cross contamination. Came back again today to get some to go for the airport ! We will be back this summer when we return to Manhattan they even offer classes. 10 starts Kesté !

Great pizza place. Napoli style. Dough is soft and crusty. Ingredients are right. Used to go to Soho location. This new ne is even better with more seats available. Nice eat at the bar. Place is really comfortable.margherita is great. Salsiccia and frittelle is good. Pastiera is so so.

What a huge disappointment. Lasagna was a small portion of dry, bland pasta with under seasoned meat and negligible sauce. My companion ordered the pizza with a pistachio sauce that tasted nothing even remotely like pistachio. The only saving have was the friendly and attentive staff. Do not recommend.

If you have celiac disease, RUN DON'T WALK! Came here on a trip to NYC almost a year ago and I still dream about this pizza. The fact that they have such amazing gluten free options is already a green flag but the taste of this pizza is extraordinary. SO GOOD. I wasn't able to finish my second pizza (split with my hubby) so I took it to go and can confirm that it still tastes good even on the top of Rockefeller Center. ?
They have an award in the front of the restaurant that says 39th place in the 50 top pizza in the world 2022. Based on this visit, I can totally see why. The gluten free pizza beat any that I have had previously. They had so much flavor with such a perfect constancy of crust. Most any pizza they have can be made GF, and it tastes like regular semolina flour. Next time I am in New York, I will be sure to make it back to Kesté!Dietary restrictions: Super gluten free friendly!

This is my favorite pizza place ever. Dedicated gluten free oven. Very gluten free friendly. Even the salads can come with gluten free bread. BEST GLUTEN FREE PUZZA YOU WILL EVER HAVE. I recommend the montenara Sabrina or pistachio pesto pizza, but all over them are excellent. Salads are great. Staff is excellent, friendly, and very accommodating.

Was eager to try given great reviews and seeing on TV. Sadly was disappointed. The Guy Fieri special fried pizza was dry, and cold. The customer sausage and mushroom pizza was flavorless-no seasoning on mushrooms or sauce - a few dry crumbles of some type of brown ground meat (?) masquerading as sausage - pathetic! Perhaps more quality control is necessary- as an Italian from Italy would never go bqck to this place…

UNREAL GLUTEN FREE pizza. So good. As good as the pizza I had in Florence at my favorite pizza shop in the world. They're very knowledgeable and pretty much everything can be made GF. Must try GF or not!

Lunch special pies are pretty solid! I went for a late lunch, and there were plenty of seats and our server was extremely friendly.For about $10-12 depending on the menu, you can get a 8" pizza, panini, and salad. That's a great deal for filling lunches these days. I had the Vegetariana, which was just cheese and some veggies, and it was very tasty. The dough is super chewy, so I absolutely loved the crust. But the sauce was not what I liked. It was a bit more sour than sweet.The downside is that there aren't that many variety when it comes to pizza topings. I wish there was meat + veggie option. And they didn't allow substitutes and additions iirc.
