I used to go to here after school. The chicken is poorly coated and barely has skin when served. The mashed potatoes are cold and the drink machine turns on by itself.

How a franchise can make KFC food unpleasant is beyond me. Biscuit was squashed. Chicken was mushy. Soda machine wasn't working and none of the employees seemed to care for a while. The worst was Fifa who took my order. Never asked if I wanted any sauces. Isn't that a given for chicken strips that a customer would want sauces? While asking about the soda machine (and pointing out that the 10 people waiting for it had paid for sodas and they were still selling sodas while knowing the machine wasn't working) she just threw up her hands and walked away crying "what do you expect ne to do!?!?!?". Your job, Fifa, do your job. Get someone who can fix the soda machine and drop the very witchy attitude you have to wait customers. They should keep her in the back as she sure doesn't know how to even talk politely to other people.

The worst it can get at nyc restaurant. The counters and tables are sticky, not mention the place was ordered shut down by the health inspectors before. Will never eat KFC ever again in NYC the first and last time, dirty interior kitchen and prep area too. Food was cold and dry tasted like it came from yesterday.

The food is too good, but unfortunate service and the store is very dirty, a very bad atmosphere to go as a family, it is sad because we are fans of KFC and it is very boring to order takeout, I hope it improves
Service is extremely slow. An employee who was a cook in the back, was complaining about doing her job and making the new chick pizzas. I understand it’s a new item but she clearly showed lack of frustration and patience, and didn’t try to hide it either. She even loudly stated after I got my order “I’m not making anymore.”

Spicy claw wrap is my go-to. Staff friendly.Kid-friendliness: Staff was very sweet to little man. Making him laugh as we waited in the very fast moving line.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp at the entrance, with 2 sets of double doors for any and all size strollers and wheelchairs.
