Raji the "manager" vindictively gave me not what I ordered. After I was attempting to be positive with his workers, who he was visually and audibly belittling, I would never treat anyone the way he did. Especially the people I work with. Though under pressure, from behind the counter and from customers Juliet my casher at the moment remained positive, professional and maintained a smile and positive aura the entire time. I returned, she apologized fixed his mistake. And Raji maintained his rude disposition, and stayed silent. Juliet isnt paid enough. Raji should probably take harassment training. Thank you Juliet. Because of you. I will return. Hopefully under safer mental conditions for her and her peers.

Waited for over 20 min for an order I had placed. People around the neighborhood are very aggressive and incredibly rude. The service is slow chicken was soggy and tasteless. The workers seem to be exhausted and I do not blame them. Would not recommend this location to anyone unless you might want to risk being verbally attacked.

Unfortunately, I had a very unpleasant experience at the KFC in Harlem. The cleanliness of the restaurant left much to be desired, which detracted from the dining experience. Although the staff always tried hard, I was harassed by many homeless people during the meal, which significantly disturbed the atmosphere.It would be desirable if the management of the restaurant could pay more attention to cleanliness in order to create a more pleasant environment for guests. Consideration should also be given to how to protect guests from harassment to improve the overall experience.I hope these suggestions will help make future visits to KFC in Harlem more enjoyable for all guests.

Take out. The classic chicken sandwich wasn't the best, too much mayo, and it tasted different from what I'm used to. This may be the worst of anything in all my years I brought from KFC.
there are many problems with this place, the smell of the store and grease from the food. the smell was absolutely putrid. reminded me of the canada wild fire smoke. now with the food.. not only did it taste like i was eating cardboard, the grease was so bad it slipped out of my hand. ruined my clothes too, that chicken was the absolute worse i've ever had. i can get better chicken at a crackhead cookout using rat feces as fuel. it wasn't even just the chicken, the fries was just pure oil and so were the mashed potatoes?? how does that even happen come on now man. do me a favor and turn this into a pinkberry spot.

Walked up to the counter and greeted the cashier. When I placed my order for the classic chicken sandwich meal I said to the cashier MERO please no pickles. MERO tells me you need to tell them when they make your order because I cannot touch your food. I said I’m not asking you to touch my food I’m asking you to put in no pickles while you’re ringing me up. He tells me even louder I cannot put it in the system when they make your order and call your number you can tell them to remove it. Why would I tell them to remove the pickles after they have added them on? ALLERGIC meaning if the pickle is on the sandwich I will have major issues! I called out to the manager politely who was literally two steps away. Totally ignored me. I told the cashier 3rd time. I am allergic to pickles and you see me calling out to them with no acknowledgement. I need my order to be made without pickles . At this point I’m pissed . I do not know one restaurant that tells the customer to do THEIR JOB . Why am I shouting to a prep person when you the cashier should be telling them ? Pure incompetence! The manager on duty is no better . MERO turns to him finally and says please no pickles on this order. Why wouldn’t he just do this from the start I DONT KNOW . The manager puts the bag in front of me rolling his eyes. Fries out of the container poured out in the bag no napkins no ketchup no nothing. Yet the other white couple head of me got treated like an actual customer. Opened up the napkin dispenser took napkins from the top put all types on condiments in the bag. It’s a disgusting disgrace! I didn’t write a review on a fast food restaurant in years but with this TERRIBLE service I felt it was a MUST

The employees just send whatever they want when you order through an app. You call and there is no apology or accommodation for the screw up they did. This is why I hate ordering food from Harlem. So ghetto. These businesses need to do better.

Good food, thighs were a bit small but delicious. Service was horrid, young ghetto employees much rather chit chat and play on the phones rather than take orders. A few potential customers impatiently walked away but that attitude and horrible service was assurance the food would be banging and I was right.
