Without a doubt, it is one of the best donuts in the world. All donuts are delicious and super fresh. In this space you can see the donut manufacturing process. Located in Times Square, it has a window that allows you to see the conveyors where the donuts pass until they reach our boxes. I loved the store, it's big and the experience of eating freshly made donuts was rewarding.

Digital dozen customers beware. This place lies and says they cannot fulfill the digital dozen deal which is when you donate to krispy kreme you get a dozen glazed. Yet when you offer to pay cash for a dozen donuts, they can sell it to you. So you cannot redeem donuts you already paid money for online but you can buy the same amount. Their excuse is they dont have enough donuts. This is a lie and a violation of the partnership. I visited at 8:30pm on 5/10/24.

If you are used to eating donuts in Spain, THEY HAVE NOTHING TO DO, the flavor and texture is more similar to buñuelos than to the donuts we usually eat.I have to admit that they were good but, for the line we waited for and how unpleasant they were when serving us, it was NOT worth it.The lemon slushy was good too.
Krispy Kreme in Times Square is a bit of a mixed bag. On the plus side, the donuts are what you expect from Krispy Kreme: fresh, tasty, and with a good variety. They even have a special "Big Apple" donut you can only get at this location. They run out of nearly everything other than plain glazed donuts after 11pm or so.However, the location itself can be a downside. It gets very busy, especially with tourists, so expect lines and a bit of a wait. The staff can also be stretched thin at times, which can affect service speed. Here's the breakdown:Pros:Fresh, delicious donutsUnique "Big Apple" donut24/7 window service for Original Glazed donutsCons:Can be very crowded and busyService can be slow at timesOverall, if you're craving a Krispy Kreme donut and don't mind the crowds, this location is worth a visit. However, if you're looking for a more relaxed experience, you might want to try a different Krispy Kreme location.Parking: Finding parking is a horror here.Kid-friendliness: Kids love this place.

I went to visit last week and loved the donuts, which were warm and melted in your mouth. The atmosphere was a little crowded because it was full, but later I found a place to sit. The service is fast. My favorite donut is the glazed one. I love the ability to watch the production while waiting for my password.
