Order online, arrive to pick up order at time given and was told order hasn’t even started getting ready, needed to wait and no time as of when my order would be ready. Server had an attitude. Need better customer service and organization

Speaking The Truth
My first time there and it didn’t go well. I walked in and waited until the girl decided to help me because she was busy on her cell with a guy. When she finally decided to help, she didn’t even get off the phone but only told him to hold on while on speaker. Then I asked a few questions which she was not clear answering so I ordered something I really did not enjoy at all. First and last.

Came across this place on IG from a reviewer and decided to head there and give it a try and I was very pleasantly surprised!!!! The food was absolutely amazing and well worth the trip from Brooklyn.. I am and will definitely be back here for the tacos, empanadas and fried pork. Wish they had rice and beans on the menu..

I liked the place, it's very nice and well decorated. The food is excellent, but I guess for me personally, since I eat low in salt, I did find the food a bit salty. Also, I called to pick up, and they told me 35 minutes. I came about an hour or so, but the food wasn't ready. The lady was really nice and told me that was due to the order that I had made. You can definitely try them out.

For those who continue to dine with the swine?, this is your spot. Freshly made and the staff are pleasant. Unfortunately, no habla Ingles, but you can point. The skin is a real CRUNCH, and the meat is succulent & tender. It's seasoned just right. I know the other white meat has been getting a bad rap, and I really don't eat much pork,but when I tell you it's delicious!!?"DEE LEE CHUS" ?stick a fork in it , I'm DONE ?

Just as feedback! I have eaten here before and everything is delicious specially the chicharron my fave!. However, i think it would be a great idea for the owner to invest in more staff. There was only 2 girls in the kitchen today, one of them was not able at all of multitasking in order to pickup the phone, complete pending orders from customers waiting more than an hour and taking new orders. We waited 15 minutes in order for her to ask our order which i ended up not making since i started to hear other people waiting for 40min +. Everybody was asking for their order and she was guving the same time frame for all, plus she was wasting a lot of time talking to the cooking person instead of being productive.Like i said take this as feedback since this wont do any good to your great business and as an owner you need to identify this issues since you just have one chance to make a good first impression on someone.

UPDATE: they changed the size of the empanadas drastically. Which is very disappointing. It’s smaller than the size of my hand. Finger food size.Delicious pastelitos and they are filled. You get something in every bite. The mofongo excellente!
