Our pedicab driver brought us here and we went back to get more macaroons. Every one of them we tried were great. Very proper bakery and French vibe.

When my daughter & I went there they were so busy, but the manger was nice to us & found a table for us to sit & eat even though we had just walked in. my daughter & I both love their macaroons so much. they are so many good flavors to pick from. they taste like heaven on earth.

I first had Ladurée in Paris, so when I got home and found that there were a couple shops in NYC, I knew where to go for my macaron fix. This location is small, but charming. If I'm in the area for a museum or shopping, I will stop by, especially to see what seasonal flavors are on the menu. They have a very tiny seating area off to the side (as well as some outdoor seating during nice weather) for afternoon tea. It's cute and cozy, but the staff is often very busy and since they accommodate both the counter as well as the seating area, service can sometimes be slow if there are a lot of people waiting. But, I'm so glad we have a local Ladurée...which reminds me, I'm craving macarons!

My pregnant friend tried to use the bathroom and the lady out front told her she absolutely could not. Outrageous.

I usually go to this place for coffee , pastries and macarons. But look at what I saw today. Can’t believe this with my eyes. A plastic in the pastry??? I paid $12 for a pastry and this should not be the quality. Kind of disappointed. But flavor is 10/10 as always. Please do better!!

The shop is adorable with not too much seating and the dessert out for show. Service was quite slow even though the shop wasn't busy. It seemed like you were a bother to the employees and they weren't helpful when I asked about what products were left. The ispahan was delicious and quite sweet. However, the rose definitely overpowered the raspberry. The vanilla was okay. I'm not sure if it was old but the cream was quite hard and it was difficult to eat. We ended up throwing out the pastry. I was quite disappointed and looking forward to tasting France. Not sure if it was the location but I will not be returning.

This is my favorite cafe to visit in Manhattan. I'm obsessed with the mini chocolate croissants and pistachio macarons, the quality is definitely worth the price.

I LOVE LAUDREE MACARONS. They are the best on the planet. I love to get them in France, but when I am in a US city that happens to have a Laudree store, I have to go. The woman who helped me was spectacular. I bought several boxes of macarons for myself and gifts. She helped me choose options. She helped me select and then packed the boxes. Everything was perfectly done and the macarons of course are delicous.
