Solid northern Thai restaurant, love seeing that they have specialty northern Thai dishes and the classic Thai dishes. We tried the spicy stir fried basil with chicken and a northern Thai specialty pork belly and mango sticky rice. Both were delicious (wish the pork was a tad bit more tender and the mango sticky rice had more sauce). There was a 20ish min wait on Saturday night around 7pm so prepared or come early as the restaurant isn't very big. Would come again and try the grilled fish!

This spot was nicely decorated and cozy. The servers were very informative about the dishes on the menu. They recommended my friends and I a few of their well known dishes that we thoroughly enjoyed. In addition, the food was quick to come out, making the waiting time short.

Quaint little spot serving authentic Thai cuisine. Rode 70 miles from Dyker Heights & decided to grab an evening bite & drink.Had the Khao Soi Chiang Mai as main dish. Coconut shrimp is phenomenal appetizer. The hot sake went well with the curry flavors. I would have gotten the bottled beer but $8 is such a waste, Sake it is.Indoor is tight & cozy. Outdoor is a bit much traffic. Would return again to try the duck & other curry flavors ??

Excellent food and service in SoHo. This place had many vegan options and all our dishes were delicious. The staff met our special requests to serve Prosecco (from the menu) and serve our birthday cake (which we brought from outside...their "corkage fee" was $3pp). No reservations, so arrive early.

Food was delicious with strong blend of spices that gave the dishes a unique taste.We ordered/shared the Larb kua Chiangmai (minced beef), Kor Moo Yang (marinated pork), shrimp mango salad, and a thai iced tea.Ambiance was super cozy! Space is small so expect a wait of 15-20 minutes during dinner time. :)

I had a pork dish that was very good. We had fried calamari as an appetizer was also very good and some Tom soup. I will go back for sure.
A YouTuber was raving about this place, I had to try it for myself for lunch one day. The place itself was very cramp, so expect a wait and not the most comfortable seating, but the staff were very efficient in managing the line. And the food makes up for everything. I got the Panang Curry ($15?). It was the first time I ordered curry before, and it has to already be the best I've experienced. If you're into sweet and creamy, this is the perfect flavor explosion offering just that. It was not spicy at all. I cleared this plate UP. Lan Larb Chiang Mai offers a various array of dishes, and with how rare it is to see Thai cuisines below $20, it's a no brainer for me to try another dish here next time I want Thai food in the city.

It’s a quaint little place to grab a nice lunch. The coconut shrimp was the best dish! It was crunchy, the shrimp was cooked perfectly and the dipping sauce complemented it well. They also have a good lunch weekday special.

All I have to say is, wow. We ordered two dishes from the chef recommendations menu and they were incredible. Service was also really good and the thai green tea was DELICIOUS. Prices are good. Definitely coming back and trying more stuff from this amazing spot.
