X-mas 2018 was the last time I was here. Wow, what a change! Laughing Man has really expanded, like 10 times the size! Good food, great coffee, excellent service and now with plenty of room!

The location is cool, spacious, and lot of seating. Everything seems good but the staff is very slow. While waiting for my drink, there were 2 others waiting ahead of me and seemed like it took 10 minutes before I got my drink. They have about 4 machines but were only making 1 drink at a time. At one point I heard the staff talking to each other, asking what time they were closing and if they were going to close early?

Laughing man is a good place to go if you need to have a low key work meeting, a short coffee first date, or to get some work done. The atmosphere is simple; nothing special considering the prices/location. Unfortunately I happened to get a rude barista when I went.

Came here to pass some time, got a delicious coffee & rhubarb scone. Very, very busy place….lots of loud kids and dogs, and then there is the gigantic screen with rotating photos of the city…would likely be quite lovely on a summer day sitting on their porch?

I thought it was a decent coffee, but not sure I'd go out of my way to get it. Might be more popular due to its owner, Hugh Jackson, rather than the taste. Staff is friendly though!

Great coffee that comes with a kick and food with a spacious interior. The coffee is sweetly bitter and my sandwich was crispy and pillowy☁️. The flavor packed a punch! ? ? ? The only downside is that there is no WiFi, so keep that in mind if you plan to work here. Instead, indulge in conversation! This cafe is top 3 in the city, but not 2! Highly recommend and persuasion ?

More like a starbucks. Barista’s cannot pour a proper drink nor care.I would not suggest going here if your a true coffee connoisseur. You will be disappointed.

Delicious! I go here before most classes at NYLS and I'm addicted. I'm a personal fan of the lavender honey latte, the cinnamon vanilla latte, and all of their seasonal drinks (a rose chai latte?! Ingenious.) A hack I don't want to share- they sometimes sell Donut Plant donuts!I wish there were other places in the city (particularly closer to where I live and work) with such delicious and fun options.If I had one suggestion I would say I wish they would up their ice game for iced drinks: nugget ice would totally elevate the drinks.
