The food is always great BUT there’s a woman that answers the phone that leaves a really bad taste in clients mouth if you don’t speak wolof. I recommended soo many of my friends here considering the food is good but the woman that answers the phone will literally hang up on you when she doesn’t understand what’s being said. I’m assuming she doesn’t speak english very well because she always has to hand the phone to a man that does which is completely fine but it’s evident when the man isn’t there because she will just hang up on you and you will NOT get your order. I stopped ordering for a while because she pretended to take my order when she in fact didn’t understand a word i said and the food never came because she was struggling to take the address. Very bad for business, hope the owner changes the person that answer the phone. Every client isn’t african and to be treated soo poorly is honestly soo heartbreaking.

HONESTLY YOU WONT FIND A NICE RESTAURANT AS THIS OPEN 1 AM IN THE MORNING in Harlem I had grilled Tilapia amazing everything tasted good. I'd definitely recommend this Athuentic Senegalese Restaurant for dining in great service big meals for youre money just make sure you order from the counter and have a seat at one of the tables and shortly after I was served. Definitely going back again.

Delicious food. Nice service, although I got my food served with no silverware. But it was quickly addressed by the manager.I definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone who want to eat good African food.Parking: Hard to find a parking. It’s better to look for a parking spot on the other streets.

Tried Keur Comba across the street and decided to try this one. Unfortunately I was out off by the strong smell of the restaurant as soon as I walked in and lack of ventilation. The entire place smelled like stinky fish mixed with balmy sweat and body odor. Yeah ain’t got time for

The cuisine of West Africa has layers of nuances. It is slow cooked with passion and has been shaped by history. Someday, hopefully I will make it to West Africa. I look forward to that experience. I cannot wait to try the authentic and undiluted Jollof Rice, Cest Bon, Thieboudienne, Yassa, Mafe etc.I am currently obsessed with Dibi Senegal. It is a street food. It is essentially charcoal grilled lamb chops which post grilling is doused in a tangy, spicy mustard sauce, garnished with sliced onions, wrapped in a parchment paper and then thrown in a wood fired oven.Dibi Senegal is served wrapped in the parchment paper (straight out of the oven), along with bread and Sosa Kaani (an incendiary sauce made from Scotch Bonnet peppers). The best Dibi Senegal (in our area) I have found is at Le Baobab Gouygui (120 West 116 St NY).BTW on Monday Le BaoBob offers Cest Bon made with fish, shrimps and vegetables. It is a smoky flavored Seafood Paella on steroids.
