My experience at Le Marais was, unfortunately, a bit disappointing. The service was fantastic and the vibe in the restaurant was great. But the food was lacking a bit. The steak was just ok and the mashed potatoes tasted slightly off. They do have a great cocktail selection, though.

Este lugar me parece espectacular para comer carne. El pan recién hecho también es una delicia. Fuimos en dos oportunidades en el viaje. Cómo un steak de pimienta. Estuvo increíble. Y en la otra oportunidad comí un ribeye y estuvo bueno. Muy ameno. Tienen varios tipos de cervezas de draft y no es excesivamente caro como la mayoría de los restaurantes de carne.

Great place for quick, simple, and easy steaks with lovely service! The place is very old school looking. Super cozy environment. We ordered the steak au poivre, the entrectoe and the mustard medallions with harissa carrots and haricot vert. Everything was cooked exactly to the temperatures we specified an. The pepper crust on the steak au poivre was delicious and the meat of the entrecôte was excellent you can taste the difference between grass fed and not. But, my favorite was the medallions. The sauce was incroyable!!! Definitely will come back and order that again. We ended the meal with the peanut butter dome which was delicious couldn't even tell it wasn't dairy. The best thing about this place is the service. All the staff is so helpful and kind and really go out of their way to make sure you have an enjoyable experience. Definitely a must try even if you're not kosher!

Worst experience of my life. Waiter John was disrespectful and told me I was greedy for tipping 30 on a 120 dollar bill. I then cursed at him for calling me a greedy customer (I have the right to do that if they disrespect me) and he threatened to call Nypd on me. I then let the manager know and he said he would get it handled and that John was on their radar for disrespecting customers. When I asked for bread in the beginning , he took 20 minutes to bring it. Overall, a terrible experience.

Birthday lunch with my sisters before Broadway matinee was perfect! Delicious , excellent service, nice ambiance, reasonably priced. Two of us got the French Dip, one got the burger. French Dip was fabulous! Burger was tasty too. Service was attentive, but not rushed, we had plenty of time to get to the theater on time. This is a find for sure. Definitely will be back.
