Woof. It was Friday night and the tournament games were on. It was a light night at the bar. A little surprising for about 10PM in the largest city in the United States, but there's a lot of choices in Midtown.About 15 minutes later, it was pretty clear why people choose somewhere else. The prices are ridiculous, the bartenders are sullen, and happy to change the channel on the television when you are clearly watching it. Really, you turned off the NCAA tournament for the last 30 seconds of the Knicks game? I'm not a fool, the Knicks rule NYC. But to leave it on for 20 minutes of postgame after a loss? Put the game back on.I'd been looking forward to going here for a long time. Luckily, I'll be able to save money on my next visit.

Good spot to watch sports, not as crowded as I expected during March Madness.

Amazing football (that's the real 'soccer' version) coverage! Couldn't believe the range of supporters club's represented in the basement bar. Chatted to fans of Bristol City, QPR and Blackburn. Sutton Utd flags on the wall. Friendly and welcoming place and a brilliant spot to watch the match (although check opening times).

If you have any food allergies, beware! I ended up in the emergency room after sampling a pesto dish here that contained peanuts. I did inform our waiter of my allergy before ordering and he said he would notify the chef. The menu in the restaurant did not make any mention of the pesto containing peanuts as usually pesto is made with pine nuts (which I am able to eat). I felt sick soon after tasting the food and left the restaurant so I could go throw up in the privacy of my hotel room. I went online to view the menu again, certain that I must have eaten something bad, and there it was, the last ingredient - peanuts! I spent the night in the ER (not exactly my idea of a fun NYC vacation). I followed up with the manager, suggesting he either clearly indicate on the menu any known allergens or remove the dish entirely. He said he would talk to the chef and follow up with me. When I called back, I was told he had "gone on vacation". Avoid this restaurant if you value your health!

The food here, especially the appetizers tasted like it came out of a box from Costco. Nothing special... waiter was also too busy talking to all the women.

Terrible experience with a rude staff during UFC 299. First I asked for a Red Bull. They brought dirt Red Bull. I asked for a regular. They said there are no more. The picture below shows they had plenty. And for some odd reason refused to give it to me. Then I asked for a coke no ice instead. They brought it with ice. When I asked them for one without ice. They said ask the next server. The next server said the same. Then finally the last one took it with an attitude and finally brought me this flat soda. I don’t get what I did to be treated this way. Paid cover to get in too. Absolutely disappointed.

Rude bouncer, came for the Super Bowl. I walked in and told him I was meeting some friends, he looked at me and said “where are they” as if I would know when I just walked into the bar. He was extremely rude the entire time as I tried to be nice to him from the start. I ended up having to call my friend and have her explain to me where they were even though I told him the name for the reservation. We ended up leaving shortly after as it had set a bad mood to the night.

I like this bar, because the food and the drinks are good, but I went there for a drink today, and I was kicked out of the bar by the security for no reason. When I came in, he ask to check my bag, and I agreed to it. I went to the bar to have a seat, and left my bag at the chair I was sitting at to use the bathroom. When I came back, to my seat the security said that I had to go for no reason. Whoever the security at the door is, needs to be reprimanded. All I was trying to do is sit at the bar, watch some games, and order some drinks.
