Haven’t been to any other Lenwich’s before but am regularly going to this location because they are super quick and efficient, plus the morning and lunch menu is delicious! Not to far from Grand Central and convenient for those heading to work in midtown!

Chicken Caesar wrap is where it's at! The place is so crowded during lunchtime by Midtown bankers. I always order online otherwise it would probably take ~15 mins to receive my wrap. Everyone does takeout as there is not much seating inside.

Great sandwich selection for lunch! This location was pretty busy for weekday lunch so I suggest trying to beat the lunch rush or ordering ahead.

Exceptionally average. Yes, you get your food fast, it's not "New York" expensive. But the quality ios just OK. I'd say the key here is efficiency, and that's about it. Clean by NY standards.

This place looks really good. Didn't have any of the food but had a hazelnut iced coffee which was the best I've ever tasted. Service was quick and they were nice. Have to comeback to try their breakfast sandwiches.

They have the best sandwich's the steak Chimichurri sandwich is good, I like the all the breads are fresh everything is clean. People are very nice. Definitely recommend for catering also. My office just order all the sandwiches were a hit.

It doesn't matter which location you go to. You will have the exact same experience. Absolute chaos inside. No order at all or system in place to pick up, order or wait. No visible lines, just people everywhere. Still having the cashiers yell out order numbers amongst the tons of people and noise.So on what will be my final visit to Lenwich, I ordered ahead online. Said it's be ready within 30 minutes. I waited 15 minutes then walked ten minutes to pick it up.I get there and I notify the staff I'm there for pick up. I'm told it's not ready yet. No problem.Long story short, I stood in the place for 40 minutes, asking periodically for my order while every single other order is being called.The final employee I asked happened to be a manager. She found my order. Sitting right there the entire time.Needless to say I demanded a refund and got one. I do want to note the staff at all locations are incredibly nice and helpful and always visibly working hard.The business just has no sense of organization. And for a place a half step up from Panera Bread, there's no reason to run it like this.

Lenwich is the place I call Lenny's! Old habits are hard to break. I have learned to appreciate their food in a weird way. I'm always served what I order. Sometimes my breakfast potatoes don't look very good and are uncooked. I've had more decent experiences than bad ones. This location is typical. It's a touristy area so I get there early. This day I needed a breakfast and I was charged extra for the bacon. If you don't want the full service in a diner or restaurant then this is a good place for breakfast or a sandwich. I get muffins to go also. Their muffins are huge and they have a delicious selection. I'm recommending.

Extremely clean. We walked pasted several establishments in the area that were disgusting. The food was very good & the place was packed. It also seemed they do a tremendous amount of takeout.My daughter has a salad bowl & everything was very fresh. My son has a bagel with cream cheese, onions, and lox. Loved it. I had a egg sandwich with cheese & the cheese was actually melted.Highly recommend!
