Great new location with just a couple of hiccups. The staff was so busy. They didn’t have time to take a breath as the line kept getting longer and longer. For pick up orders don’t get in line, look for the coffee area. The guy there had to fill all the coffee orders and deal with the pick up orders as well, so it was a lot for all the front of house people to deal with. The cookies are absolutely delicious, but they could use some stream lining to help the staff out.
The cookies are great, but for me aren’t the best cookies as other people say. The service is really good and fast, they give you the cookie warm after you ordered, however, when the cookie gets cold, it’s a complete different experience.
We tried the walnut chocolate chip cookie and the lemon one. Both were good, but to me I have tried much better than this cookie here. If this is are warmed, I believe the taste will be much better. The service was excellent and fast

I had high hopes due to seeing so much hype about these cookies! I got the double chocolate chip & my boyfriend got the seasonal lemon one. I felt that mine was really hard/dry compared to his & I actually found it very sickening. I’ve had better cookies. I also found it presumptive that the till asked for a 18% + tip on handing us two cookies, I don’t think so! I didn’t actually find the staff all that friendly to ask for that etheir. I’m very generous with tipping always but that’s the only place we went to like this that asked for such a large tip whilst paying for over the counter service. There’s a big queue that can take a bit of time but we expect it with these types of places.

It's just crazy that the bots and npcs who work here ask for a 20% tip on their little speak n' spell tablet and then CAN'T EVEN BE BOTHERED TO PUT THE CORRECT ITEMS IN YOUR BAG! "Minimum wage for maximum losers." but They will for sure complain and protest when AI or a mildly trained monkey replaces them

Massive cookies, massively operated, but still good
Great spot to get cookies. Had the chocolate chip walnut cookie and the two chip chocolate chip. It is true that they are to die for and most of the time you won't be able to eat one by yourself. You can share a cookie easily with a friend.
Gourmet cookies were well made with nice textures and delicious flavours. We didn’t order a lot but enjoyed the chocolate chip walnut & lemon cookie

My first NYC cookie experience and knew it had to be Levain! I got the Chocolate Chip Walnut Cookie and gosh it was everything you’d expect it to be. A must try in NYC. The Noho store was gorgeous, light and airy, queue moved very quickly, and staff were friendly and bubbly!
