I left my sunglasses that I paid over 300$ at the counter when I paid for my chocolate with banana shake. Which by the way was soooo good. I didn’t realize until I got to queens where I live that I didn’t have my sunglasses. I called each store I went to after I purchased the sunglasses. When I called Lilly Shake Crete at the 10th ave location to get the phone # of the store on West 35th Street. He gave me the # and following that. The employee at the West 35th street called the employee that was there when I was and confirmed they did have my bag. Which they 1000% didn’t have to. Not only were they honest about my bag. The employee drove to queens which took about an hour and a half to bring me my sunglasses. Im beyond great full for the owner and employees that work at Lilly Shake Crete. 100⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We ordered a nutella banana strawb crepe and protein smoothie in person as prices are slightly cheaper that way. The service was so quick, friendly and you get a pretty big portion of crepe stuffed with fruit. The shake was also amazing. Thank you to the kind worker!

Not only does Lilly's have the best crêpe in Hell's Kitchen, but now they have these ultra-cool Hot Chocolate Bombs that Ruth, the cure Ecuadorian who works there, makes. On a cold day these are a delicious way to warm up. Plus they have video games to play in the store for FREE! Street Fighter, Defender, Joust and Sinistar just to name a few gems from the 80s if you're an old fkr like me. Oh, and there's a disco ball in the store too!
