I’m writing this review constructively and to share our strange experience at Macao...My friend was waiting for me at the bar. As she was waiting, she heard the bartender say an ethnic slur; my friend happens to be that ethnicity so she asked him "what's that about?" and told him she was Turkish. He of course apologized and he also voluntarily made her a drink -- she did not ask for this drink so, as anyone might assume after such a slur, she thought it was free and his way of making up for what he said.I arrive a few minutes later, sit down at the bar with my friend, and the bartender place a cocktail glass in front of me next. I was surprised and I asked him "what's this for?" and he said "oh you know." I asked him what was in it to make sure I'd like it, said thanks and assumed it was free as well.We hung out for another round of drinks, got some food, and chit chatted a bit throughout our time there thinking his actions were sincere.We were ready to leave and the bill came, and guess what -- our drinks were on our bill! I was perplexed and asked him about why he gave us the drinks. It was quite busy for a Friday night and he hurriedly shrugge d and said he picked out the drinks for us "based on our vibe."Talk about adding insult to injury! Would he have done that if we were men - picked out drinks for a couple guys "based on their vibe"?? Talk about mysogynistic, condesceding behaviorI didn't want to get into it as it was busy and just wanted to leave after that. Don't plan on spending my money there again!

Do yourself a favor and have dinner here…the food is amazing, the atmosphere is so so fun, and the servers are wonderful! Jessie is a true gem…she is so fun andher smile is contagious! Such a great experience…the DJ showed up at 10:30pm and then the “party’” really got started!!
Food is nothing to write home about but the club downstairs was really fun on a Friday night. Played hip hop hits and the crowd was late 20s, early 30s. It was a fun time

Impeccable, unique cuisine. I loved the lobster noodles, skirt steak and fried rice. Service was good and the vibe of the restaurant was similar to an upscale speakeasy—very laid back and cool. I also enjoyed the music selection. I highly recommend and look forward to returning and trying more food items on the menu.

Ratko is an amazing bartender. He made sure we had a great time and kept the special drinks coming all night. Great vibes and music.

From the entrance, the pleasant bartender greeted us with enthusiasm and kindness. Then, our server was Elena and she was outstanding in her description of dishes and for her courteous, attentive service. Loved the ambience and music. Food was scrumptious and portions were generous. Wine and cocktails were delicious. One issue was from one of the men who brought out some our entrees. My date said he wasn't done with his appetizers and the man literally said in an inpatient tone: “oh, you're not done?”, and put the food he brought out on a neighboring table and walked off in a huff. How rude. I am certain this happened because we were a Black couple. The server was about 5' 4” tall, with black hair and dark skin. He has a pouty mouth. Trust me, I don't make remarks such as this, but I was genuinely offended because the server was blatantly disrespectful and couldn't care less if we realized it. Despite that hiccup, I shall return. This was my second time there since around 2010, or so. Great venue!
