I ordered a dozen mini cupcakes, and I was told that I had to wait for an hour because they were busy, but after I came back, it was pretty empty. The lady attending was ordering food for herself, and very obnoxious about me; another client had the same issues. The food is great. They just need to keep an eye on customer service

My husband received a confetti cake from their online store. The cake arrived in a styrofoam box with 2 ice packs. I was very pleased to see an intact cake as we live in CA. The cake looked very nice. The buttercream icing is not too sweet though the cake is tad bit dry. Overall, this is not bad for a cake that travelled all the way across the country.

The attitude of one of the ladies on the checkout yesterday needs to be investigated. We were the only ones in the queue waiting to be served, the lady didn’t acknowledge us at all. Then another customer came in, and she served her before us!! We wouldn’t have minded if she’d acknowledged her mistake and apologised. The server then rudely told us to ‘move aside, I’ll serve you after’. We walked out due to her attitude.

Went to this location to pick up some large sizes of pudding. They would not sell me a large bc it was not packed. The salesperson said only small containers were filled so that's all they could sell. No one would fill a new LARGE container. Since when did they start doing this? Why aren't they packed to order?? So they only let you purchase whatever is pre-packaged. You cannot order what you want. DUMB DUMB DUMB business ethic. I will NEVER come back here. I had to get a small instead of large so that's business loss for them.

Beside all the hype I gotta admit that their banana pudding is really good! They didn’t have the small size so I had to get the medium. I wish they had seating.

Banana pudding Wow, it's so sweet... It's not so bad that it's not delicious, but it's sweet enough that it's worth buying at least once if you want to eat it with espresso! I heard it's available in Korea too, but it's not a Korean pudding, but it's divine and good... Anyway, it's so sweet that it stings my tongue... I bought a medium size, but I think it would be okay to buy a small one.

I waited 20 minutes just for a hazelnut latte and the guests after me got their drinks before me. They missed my order and she didn’t even apologize and handed me my latte with an attitude. I was asking nicely, and waited patiently and I don’t think I deserve to be treated that way.

Small and cute location with fast service. Tried the infamous Banana pudding. It was my first time trying banana pudding overall so I cannot compare it to others, but I didn't find it absolutely amazing like all of the internet claims it to be. Nonetheless, it was still a tasty and very creamy dessert, which I love. The creamy custard was my favorite part! Would I have it again, maybe. It was still worth the try :)
FOOD: It's a bakery inside of Bloomingdale's (and other spots), and they served baked goods lol. SERVICE: Fast. Effective. You point to the cupcake you want, and the lady puts it in a box. Then you pay her, open the box, and eat the cupcake. AMBIANCE: As stated above, this location (there are several), is inside Bloomingdale's. It's small, there's is no seating (it's a to-go only kinda place), and it was oddly dark. I think perhaps some lights went out. Who knows. The rod was good and that's all that matters.
