This location is run by the maman from Hansel and Gretel--yep, the one who persuaded daddy to leave the kids in the forest. So they'd never return. This Maman brought us runny egg salad where yellow goo splashed on us and on the table, and then ran over the sides of the wooden board, but she didn't bat an eyelid. This Maman didn't bring us napkins to wipe the spill. This Maman didn't bring us water. We'd rather wander in the forest and eat breadcrumbs than come back here.

I love Maman and frequently order from them for both myself and for work events, but I had to leave a review for today especially because they really saved my life. I suffer from chronic migraines and woke up with one brewing this morning and thought I'd treat myself to a nice breakfast to compensate. Well, Maman came through as always: my hot chocolate arrived at the perfect temperature and was rich and soul-warming, and my everything-seasoned croissants were SO buttery, crispy, and delicious--they reminded me of the incredible pretzel croissants from City Bakery (RIP), which I miss terribly. Best of all, they helped chase away my migraine pain and really made my entire day.

The guy working the Monday evening shift was great and prepared the best Lavender Hot Chocolate! I'm taking one star away because I didn't appreciate how another employee didn't let me use the restroom even though I had just bought a warm beverage which I needed, really needed a restroom, and still had time to use theirs. Hence, I wasn't able to fully enjoy the perfectly prepared warm and pricey beverage because I had to run out looking for a restroom.Vegetarian options: Vegan and vegetarian options.Dietary restrictions: Vegan, vegetarian, and gluten free options.
