Amazing food, really impressed by the Nero pasta (and, as in Italian, I am picky on my pasta!). Service was very attentive and great vibe too.

Exceptional place to eat, truly! The chicken dish and turkey fried steak were some of the best protein dishes I’ve had in a while. Service was also best in class. Felt very welcome, generally homey environment.

Since it opened, I've come here a few times for the occasional work dinner or special occasion. Revisited Marc Forgione for the first time in a while and I can say it never disappoints me. The food and service are consistently and reliably exceptional. It's difficult to choose a favorite dish. The meal seems to get better and better with each course, but the highlights were sun choke and caviar special, Hiramasa and the Halibut.

Visited this hidden gem in Tribeca for dinner during the week. Excellent food and service. All the dishes were great. I would come back again to try their pastas.

The food was amazing as always but when we ordered the dessert called the egg, I was a bit turned off. The manager came out and held the dessert with her bare fingers. I would have preferred no direct contact with her bare hands on food i was going to be eating - maybe use tongs or wear gloves like that do at 4Charles when handling ur food. Just left a bad taste in my mouth after seeing that.

Pot au Veau - very disappointing dish, this specific cut was mostly fat, gummy and not tasty at all. The waiter tried to convince us that veal cheeks are fatty as if this was our very first time ever trying veal cheeks. We have tried veal cheeks in the past in different restaurants and there was delicious meat in it not just fat in a soup.

This restaurant prepares meals like it's your last. When you come here and sit down and look at your menu, its simple but bold and yet your eyes can't comprehend what you are looking at when it comes to the table or your taste buds can't process what is going on as you take bite after bite.

I don’t give 5 stars. This Tribeca mainstay is one I would recommend for any occasion, from the fanciest to an easy night out. The staff is friendly and professional with a sommelier who knows their wines and a customized menu by Marc Forgione himself. Over the many years of coming here, I have my faves which include the hiramasa, the lobster, the chicken, the proposal sauce and anything on that dessert menu. On this particular day, I had The Egg. Wow! Go!

Marc Forgione always delivers a memorable experience. We’ve been coming here for 8+ years and have never had a bad experience.Getting a res can be challenging, but it’s usually pretty easy to get seats at the bar and sometimes this ends up being even more fun!Menu items not to be missed are the Hiramasa (you’ll dream about this dish), Chili Lobster (ask for extra toast to scoop up all of the broth), and Chicken under a brick. This time around for mains, we opted to try something outside of the Chicken and went for the Duck and Oxtail pasta, both were delicious! We always enjoy our time at Forgione and look forward to the next one!**Final note: the bartender was truly fantastic and was killing it the whole night while making cocktails for the entire restaurant and servicing guests at the bar, truly impressive. Wish we got her name!!

One of the best meals I've ever had in my life, absolutely incredible staff. The GM Andrea was an absolute delight and a pleasure to visit with. Our server Robert was incredibly outgoing, knowledgeable helpful, and hilarious. The chef, Connor and his sous chef Xavier gave me one of the best culinary experiences of my life and were a pleasure to chat with as well. I would highly recommend this to anyone in my life and will definitely be back.
