Usually Im a big fan of matto, but this location/ products were disappointing - the coffee cake was a bit dry and the iced chai latte was way too sweet. Shoudl have gone with the hot chai which never dissappoints. Still would def come again- cannot best these prices! Make sure to download the app beforehand.

Quick spot. No space inside to hang out, but plenty to sit and start your snacks. Close to shopping and the riverfront, lots of fun things to do in the area. The woman working the counter wasn't particularly helpful or kind, but the banana date latte and pistachio muffin were incredible.

Stopped by this location for the first time. It's a little out of the way because I'm rarely that far east but I wanted to see how the location compares The place is good and staff is friendly. I also learned something new- I always assumed the chocolate banana shake had espresso in it. I tried the banana date shake and happened to ask about whether the chocolate banana has espresso or not so realized it didn't. At least I'll know not to order the chocolate banana anymore Another thing I wish is that the menu would show the nutritional facts or at least the calories

I generally love this chain. I typically go to a different store closer to home, but this happened to be close by to where I was today.I ordered a freddo espresso. Which is typically espresso shots blended with caramel sauce with some ice. Which is what is stated on their own menu.When the order came out the order looks nothing like I usually get from the same chain. It doesn't look like what's on the menu. And when I politely questioned it, they start gaslighting me by telling me I don't know what a fredo espresso is and all the other stores made it wrong.Well the attached pictures say otherwise. It's unfortunate that some people can't own up to making a mistake and have to resort to taking it out on others.

This place is a dream come true. The baked goods are delicious, especially the scones and the brownies, the coffee is delicious, and the people who work here are SO NICE! I also walked in while the manager was having some sort of meeting with the staff and he seemed to be actually listening to them, which as someone who spent a lot of time in the service industry was a welcome surprise. Will be back (maybe every day)

Delicious WARM almond croissant and espresso and such friendly staff, I feel like I've left NY and am in a local community cafe! I ducked in to find a place to pull up my computer to try and get Taylor Swift tickets. The staff even offered me a seat after a prolonged visit!Dietary restrictions: Vegan options!
