I know this place but I went next door to Metro T Moble . But I know that McDonald's , the food is always good, service is OK , but as you can see the atmosphere in there ain't all that good sometimes.

One of the most understaffed McDonald in USA I’ve been. Homeless people sitting around and stealing food near the counter, the security guys don’t do anything and the takeout reception by the front door was chatting on the phone really poorly managed and untrained. Bad

I went in and was happy to see it was empty, and was immediately asked to order at a kiosk/register they have someone working in the entrance then went on to get my order. Like 20 people came in after me and the workers already knew who they were according to their orders, beats me how they’ll know that, but any how, my order was never prepped and everyone else that came in after me was gone with their food whilei was still there waiting. 15 mins later the manager asked me what was my order and she didn’t even see my order number cus they totally just forgot about it, maybe because they were too busy giving the orders to the people they already knew?! Never again!
We had our food in store and enjoyed the table service
