Young lady calling out orders was disgustingly rude to everybody, constantly screaming at everyone to check their receipts with a scowl, despite her obviously not checking her own receipts because we received TWO out of the FOUR items that we ordered.

My friends and I made 4 orders each for ourselves and waited for half an hour. And each of us was not informed of something, I did not have sauces and potatoes to go several times so that I would not have how much I had, yes, yes, I had to ask for additional co, I had already paid for it. Also, a girl with a Latin appearance with a dissatisfied face did it all several times, gave it to me and dropped my sauce on the floor.

Service is slow but that’s McDonald’s. People who eat here are the main problem. Entire families sit down to eat and then leave their trash on the table and walk away. Sad to say it’s mainly New Yorkers who do this but then again. It’s McDonald’s.

This store is in dire need of improvement. The customer service provided is highly disappointing, as I personally observed the manager raising their voice at a paying customer who had two children, seemingly without any justifiable reason. Fortunately, I was next in line and promptly decided to leave. Considering this experience, I have serious reservations about the quality and trustworthiness of their food, and I would approach it with caution. DO NOT EAT HERE!

I walked into this McDonald’s within Macy’s today placing an order for my toddler and I, I also had my infant son strapped on my chest just to give a visual…. I placed my order on the kiosk however, the kiosk did not give me a receipt so I notified the manager she told me give her a second which was perfectly fine… a few minutes later she walks over to me and asked me what’s my order? I told her what the order was that I placed… she immediately interrupt me and said very loudly listen to my question before you speak! Shocked and confused by her tone l looked at the customer standing next to me who I noticed was Shaking her head in disbelief at the manager tone.. the manager then proceeded to ask me which Kiosk machine did you place the order on? I then said that’s not the question you asked before so I don’t understand why you’re yelling at me ! The manager then replied you know what you’re gonna wait!!!! And she stormed off so I approached another employee asking for help the manager then said to the other employee that I was speaking with not to help me and let me wait!!! I waited and waited to get no service at all…. I did not even get my order !!! I then spoke to a Macy’s employee asking them who do I speak with they sent me to HR on the 8th floor…. WORST Service I’ve ever experienced in my life I did not get my order nor did I get my money back the manager did not look my way intended to help me in anyway … I asked the other associate who she told not to help me are you really not going to help me ?she said I cannot my manager said not to help you!!!! So I took a picture of both of them which I will be placing online so you guys can see what terrible customer service look like… these are the two people who chose not to help me…. I need my refund !!!!!

The lady in the counter was rude, she just point me to the e- kiosk to order even , I would like to request an order for my autistic son. She did not listen and when the same race ( black) ordered she entertain in the counter plus the order was served quick. The crew need to be retrained, They should realized that we are paying consumer and not begging.

Very unorganized & fragmented food delivery process. Pickup area worker only delivering half of folks' orders, then saying she would not call the order # again when the balance of the order came up ??‍♂️ Drinks were all just sitting unattended for multiple orders, when asking for drinks that seemed to be in the group, pickup area person went to get additional drinks. Asking manager at the registers for condiments that were missing from the order, he refused and directed me to the chaotic pickup area (order area had no customers waiting). I ended up just pushing through the frustrated pickup crowd & reaching over the counter myself for ketchup for my 7yo's happy meal

Given 1 star for cleanliness. Will not comment on rudeness of manager and staff. You should treat everyone equally, well. Very poor customer service. Loud music. Food quality is as per other McDonald's restaurants, but we were served by two irritable women who were obviously not there to serve.
