New, clean, visually appealing, open 24 hrs, mini-McDonald’s with ample touch screen ordering and McDelivery via the app; Staff appeared knowledgeable & diligent.Majority of seating area was cordoned off for cleaning, so seating was limited to 1 table. While I waited for my order, I attempted to access what appeared to be public bathrooms and was quickly told I could not go past the yellow tape. Replied I was looking for the bathroom and response was: ‘No Bathrooms’. Whether that meant they had none or that they were currently out of service is not known.I waited about 25 minutes, which felt like foreva as I’m spoiled living upstate & experiencing fast & accurate McD drive through service virtually everywhere. Know that McDelivery service replaces drive-through in NYC and understandably so.. but it is ever so frustrating to watch delivery person after delivery person walk in & pick up their order in under 60 seconds.. the lesson here: use the McD App in the City & skip the in-store line..4 stars due to ‘No Bathrooms’ & long wait time.[Note: NYC Law does not require food service establishments with < 20 seats to provide a public bathroom.]Wheelchair accessibility: Wide enough for a powerchair or wheelchair but —you may have to ask those waiting for their order to give you a wide berth. It’s a long & narrow galley type McDs.

They need to check the security guards a man was literally harassing us and we came in and Took a bite of our ice cream that we paid for and he told us we need to get out of the store immediately. Literally had customers coming up and asking us if we are OK and we need protection. It was the short light skin one. The other 2 were so calm with us. He is taking his security job at McDonald’s too serious

Next time I will take pictures. They are unable to handle breakfast orders because it gets very crowded and their cooks are very slow. I ordered 18 breakfast sandwiches and it took an hour and a half to receive them. When I reached home I found out they didn't give me my biscuit egg bacon sandwich they gave me I'll Mc griddle sandwich.Parking: It's difficult to park even though they have Street meters and you can park for freeKid-friendliness: Only kid friendly thing is the high chair.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes it is wheelchair accessible. It's kid friendly only because they have high chairs.

Come here every morning and sit for an hour before work, They recently hired a person to kick homeless people out of their store who sit in the restaurant for too long, I baught my breakfast enjoyed it then 5 minutes later the person who kicks people out walks up to be and says "You've been here to long, I know you have nowhere to stay but it can't be here" I was very much offended by this comment and it ruined the rest of my day.

Completely overwhelmed McDonalds location. Everyone waited 30 minutes for their food, getting angry at the staff, and it’s not their fault. Not a great atmosphere. When the food was ready it was done incorrectly (see picture of the oatmeal). Probably the worst mcdonalds i’ve ever been to.

Clean and fast food. Two fish sandwiches that I had first time in 10+ years were $6 plus tax. Hit the spot and I left. One of the employees had to put the code to allow me to use their bathroom. Overall 5 stars! Keep up the good work.

The staff was friendly. The service was very slow. The food was acceptable. The coffee was burnt and not the way the way I ordered it. Even with the slow service, they did forget to check my order was correct before giving it to me. Which was missing an item until I told them. They were apologetic and gave me what was missing and I went on my way. I don't think I would come back unless I had no other choice of McDonald's. 03/2024
