The roast pork bun is really great quality and delicious. However I gave it four stars ONLY for the bun itself because it’s very misleading to call it roast pork bun. It should be renamed to pork FAT bun. If you like eating fat, it’s maybe 75% fat and 25% roast pork pieces. The sauce is very tasty … but I can’t feel good about myself after eating globs of FAT!. I have been eating and living steamed char siu bao for more than 50 years but today, eating the pineapple char siu bao was a revelation. It's sweet and salty and deliriously delicious! Get thee to this place now! Run, don't walk! The standard baked bao was a close second. The steamed one was a bit lackluster. The steamed Chinese chicken with leeks Bun was quite lovely.
