Ordered a BOGO promotion for the pulled pork sandwich on UberEats. I only received two containers of pulled pork, no bun or anything remotely sandwich shaped. I guess I'm supposed to just eat the pork, but I ordered and paid for a sandwich.

Food is good. There's some variability but this location hasn't disappointed me yet. Turkey is surprisingly good, smokey but not dry. I thought it was seasonal for Thanksgiving but I'm not complaining. It's reliably my second meat along with ribs for my go-to 2 meat sampler order. Ambience is the same as other MQ location. Black paint and lots of wood. Not much to say there. It's a bit smaller than some other locations but chances are you're taking good back to your office. I'm writing this review mainly to give a shout out for the customer service. They proactively communicated that it would be a few minutes for the ribs today which I was fine with. Didn't mind having an excuse to not return to the chaos at work right away so I was fine, and I like to think I didn't look pissed or anything. But they did their best to make up for the wait, offering a drink and adding cornbread to my order. Small gestures but they were greatly appreciated.

All in all ok... portions aren't big... but that's great if you take soft drinks so you can't have any bottles refilled... better get sauces first for 0.90 if the ones on the table aren't good for you, we chose the sauce They were on the table for free...

I am giving this establishment 5 stars only because the staff is AWESOME: ISAIAH and JARED are wonderful; welcoming, helpful, courteous, and very accommodating. They make the visit a marvelous and cheerful experience. WHO says New Yorkers are horrible??? Go to Mighty Quinn's and meet two of the nicest fellows in NYC! AWESOME: ISAIAH and JARED

Amazing food, service slow, our food was left out without heat lamps for few minutes so top was cold. Restaurant was cold with AC on cold too. Music too loud to talk to friends on the other side of the table.
