The food is fine. Ordered for pickup and showed my order that said it was ready to two different women. I know it’s busy and didn’t mind it wasn’t ready but they knew my name and order. I waited in plain sight for 30 minutes and my name was never called when the order was finally ready. I even made eye contact with the women multiple times, they saw me waiting. Sandwich guys were nice and finally helped me after seeing me waiting patiently but told me it had been ready for a while and apologized. The women at the front are terrible.

ALWAYS CHECK the labels the person serving you sticks on the containers : I consistently find myself being ripped off A LOT of money, noticing too late arriving at home that the prices don't match the foods/prices in the shop. $5,99 per lb becomes double or triple virtually every time! I'm done with this place. This is just greedy.

This deli is disgusting, smells like dirty wet rags. The cooks are rude and disrespectful, went to return unopened crackers and they asked me why did i come back and would not take the return 30 mins before closing because they closed the registers. The food is in open air with no covering with the door open all the time with debris and bugs coming in. Not even close to authentic Italian food. Overpriced for tasteless old food and unhygenic. Cooks cannot cook. Very bad quality and experience. Do not shop here.

Finally had a chance to visit this place that's popular with locals and tourists and I don't get it.Like others, there was a hair in my Caesar wrap. Croutons were soggy, which I don't blame the restaurant, but almost no chicken and the wrap was too thick, kinda dominating the texture.Chicken Parm was generous on the chicken but one dimensional in flavor underwhelming on the bun.The classic, which was good, also was underwhelming on the bun. It was hard and detracted from the eating experience.I think I'm most frustrated that the bread was so hard. Imagine sushi and the rice is bad.

Ordered something very specific and when I get all the way back to my office, they prepared the pastrami sandwich completely the wrong way.

The food sold in this place is good and delicious. But the dark side of this Milano Marquet is that they discriminate against people who work as delivery drivers for apps like Uber, Grubhub and Doordash, they don't care about having these guys detained for more than 60 minutes or up to 90 minutes waiting for an order . They are disrespectful and unprofessional and clear discrimination because all the people who wait for a long time are Black and Latino. I would change if they were white

Best Italian deli in the area. I would love to give them five stars, but they refuse to give me extra sauce. I order extra sauce on my chicken Parm every single time. I see it printed on the receipt. I don’t know if they run out of early in the day or what, but they just refuse to give it out. The sandwich is delicious but it’s usually pretty dry. I’m paying $20 for a chicken Parm sub, and I still have to heat up my own tomato sauce out of a jar because they won’t give you more than just the tiniest amount that the bread soaks up anyway. Milano, I love you but why so stingy with the sauce? I’ll pay extra if I have to.

Read reviews about people finding hair in their Caesar wraps but continued ordering from here because I thought it was just one off experiences those people must’ve had. Well, that was until I found a hair in MY Caesar wrap (see photo). The photo was taken after I pulled the piece of hair out from between some lettuce and croutons. How many people will find hair in their Caesar wraps before we acknowledge that this place is just dirty and overrated? I agree that employees are always so rude and make you feel like you’re wasting their time when you’re just simply ordering your food. Also, their “chicken parm” or “eggplant parm” sandwiches are pathetic. They literally take a piece of chicken cutlet, shmear an incredibly cheap amount of sauce on it, add a piece of mozzarella ontop and microwave it, yes MICROWAVE IT, to melt the cheese. If you ask them for more sauce they give you an attitude. Seriously I don’t know how or why this place is still in business. DIRTY. RUDE. Workers should wear hair nets.

The food is ok everything is way too overpriced but I’m here to write about the staff which is horrible! They hate their job especially the ladies by the register! One of them even told me that all the bread contains eggs! This is absurd!“Bread” does not contain eggs at least most of it! The ladies are extremely rude and they hate their job!if you ask to see something they show you with laziness! Shame for such store! They act like they work for Walmart !Peasants and very rude staff!I gave this place three chances and all three times the woman by the register are horrid I’m surprised they have these unkind, unprofessional, completely illiterate rude cashiers ! They have no idea about customer etiquette.

Visited New York for work and my wife found this deli for us to try. It did not fail us! This place was packed which threw us off a bit as we were crunched for time but they move quick. Options are endless and sandwiches are endless. Ended up coming back to NY a month later and visited this place two more times. Even brought a sandwich back to Texas! It was fantastic! Prices are decent.
