Mainly to enjoy the scenery, but unfortunately you can only sit on the window sill if you are positioned. It must be opened by a Chinese, and the food and interior decoration are all in Chinese style. The boss has a very old-fashioned taste, but the waiter may have tipped us more because we are Chinese, which is understandable, but I don't like it.
We came here to the MO lounge for lunch awhile ago. We had a reservation which is recommended. We got a table by the window. Stunning views of Central Park and the city. Service was good. Food was delicious but small portions. Prices for some of the items were outrageous, you can easily get them elsewhere for way cheaper. I would come here just for the experience and drinks and snacks only. I would skip getting a meal here. Try one of the many other restaurants in the area.

It seems that the people here are never trained or taught how to give a good customer experience. The place has wonderful views, but I assure you that you can find similar views elsewhere.
