It was empty when we came on a Monday late afternoon so the drinks came out right away.Pink Ombre Slush ($7.50): The pink ombre is a slush made from jasmine green tea with fresh lychee, aloe, dragon fruit, and cheese foam. I got 70% sweet which was recommended and the perfect sweetness level for me. This was so refreshing and tasty! I love the aloe bits as well.

Got drink here with my friends and was not allowed to use the washroom in store even they have it. It’s so stupid to treat your customer in this way.
This is one of my favorite tea shops in the Times Square area. I have tried others nearby but Modern area is great for me. I love the aesthetics inside and how much seating is available. They also have outlets if you're looking to have some ME time but charge your phone haha. I got the brown sugar boba milk (my usual) and it never disappoints. I got it with oat milk which is just .50 extra and it was creamy and delicious

I happened upon this place while wandering around from my hotel. It was very easy to order, and the person behind the counter was super nice and helpful. The tea (I had the black tea with pecan) was amazing! If I didn't have to leave the next day, I would be back. I'm so glad to have found such a great place near my favorite hotel!

My order was made super quickly and the menu had several drinks that were not traditionally on bubble tea menus. They use fresh fruits and fresh tea in their drinks as well. Super delicious and has become my go-to!
