I grew up here and would always go to this store but then I moved about 10 years ago and I come back to it being under new management (moes). I was skeptical at first because I don’t like change but they’re actually really nice, clean and the food is great. I don’t like change but man this store looks and is so much better than what is was 10 years when I was living here. Glad to know when I come back to visit I got a good bodega to come to.

I’ve been living in Harlem majority of my life this store had previous owners before they closed it down & opened up Moe’s. They were so nice! The new owners/ workers in Moe’s are rude and have NASTY attitudes I noticed towards black people. They don’t make me feel welcomed in the store. The guy at the register always has a nasty attitude when I come in. I notice they prioritize and treat the white customers better.

They have different options from smoothies to fresh juice. Not everyone in the store can juice. It's really an art but hey some people do it for the job and not the love. There's a heavy set guy he makes horrible smoothies , MO makes hem alright but the slim dudes make them pretty decent, mind you MO says their all his sons. The heavy set guy plays with the prices . I suggest you ask MO who's a little more truthful with the numbers. The mornings and lunch could get super busy so pay attention to how they're making your food because they tend to mess up royally on some people's orders. Its pretty clean and inviting to the eye but be careful the devil is in the details the heavy set young man which is MO son well, he practices thievery. He lies and steals from my observation and interactions. To the point MO said to him "she knows the prices " talking about me , crooks. Fresh cut fruits everyday, fresh juice and smoothies but solicit at your own risk and have the kind of time and energy to turn up for yourself if you have to you're still in East Harlem
