Fatal, we ordered food online and when we went to pick it up, they told us that the supermarket had already closed, that we had no food and they couldn't refund our money.

As a construction worker I’ve got a 15 minute break, why should I have to wait long for a bacon, cream cheese and jelly bagel than proceeds to forget to put bacon on the bagel as I opened the bagel while I repeated myself twice to the man because he wasn’t listening the first time as i spoke loud and clear! by the way it’s the same thing every time I visit on the weekend it being a saturday

I always go here for lunch. For salad bar is great. I love the avocado salad, the bbq ribs. It's great food. Little Expensive. But I don't mind.

Had the most unpleasant experience when I checked out with cashier and she was rude and unfriendly.

If there was Zero star, I would employ it for this establishment's attitude, goods, prices, and services. I have no recourse after years of feeling ripped off by this business to share that this market OVER CHARGES by a Huge Margin and their foods on multiple occasions have been either rotted or past their usage date. When I came back with spoiled foods that I had JUST purchased they just blankly stared at me and never offered an exchange nor refund. I tried to support a local immigrant owned business, but not only are their prices too high but also their customer service is terrible, and the cashier lords over customers in the most disrespectful way. This lovely neighborhood deserves a better market and a safe and healthy place to buy Good and Nourishing Foods. And unfortunately this establishment is Not that.

For a place to get a quick bite and some essentials, it does the job. Especially useful when everywhere else is closed. Decent amount of sandwich choices.

All items are extremely overpriced here. When a dozen of rose at Whole Foods is $15.99, they priced it $45, plus they push the credit card fees to customers. If you want to be smart with money, just go elsewhere.

Worst deli from customer service to overpriced food! They ask what you want at least 3 times and still get it wrong! Expect to what a long time for your order! 5 workers but only one helps with food!

Terrible. Their prices are wrong on the menu and they tried to charge me double. The woman at the front couldn't have been more rude to me and proceeded to slam my food into the garbage can. Go somewhere else instead

Good food and they definitely do not provide small portions. Pretty generous for NYC..

The shopkeeper is consistently rude and unfriendly. Everything else about the store is pretty standard. There is an okay buffet selection with some healthy options and the store seems clean.
