Their posted hours aren’t accurate. Spent $$ ubering here and was turned away at 10:20 despite website saying they’re open til 11. No line and seats were empty inside so not sure why

Small ramen place, they only have to sit at the bar looking at the kitchen. The girl who attended us was at all times very unfriendly to us. The food was good and the place was cozy, but the waitress really ruined our stay.

The waitress working there should be FIRED. This is the first time I came to this location and I had the WORST experience trying to pay for my bill. I tried to put a custom tip so that my total is even and my tip was roughly higher than 18% but I was trying to do the math in my head. The waitress was so RUDE and told me to tip 25 and 20% so I ended up only tipping 15%. She later gave me so much attitude and even complained to the other server in front of me after I paid. I will never come back to this location. It’s clear that most of the 1 star reviews involve her.

I ate here today and the food was really good. However, when it came time to pay for our bill this one waitress was really rude. Right after the other waiter came to pick up our plates, the waitress immediately came to us to pay. When we clicked on custom tip, she rudely yelled “you can only tip 25, 20, or 18%” and proceeded to go back to this screen for us. We only wanted to tip 15% because she was being very rude… She then snatched the machine and berated us to make a point that we did not tip her a lot. I also want to make a point that she did not seat or serve us at any point the entire time we were there. Loved the food and the kitchen for making great food but will never come back to this location because of this horrible experience. I recommend going to the other Naruto store locations though but I will definitely NOT be coming back here.

I liked their shishito pepper. It's like an izakaya setting where you sit around the kitchen which is cool to watch, but a little tight in terms of space. Friendly and attentive staff.

Voilà GG

Fish broth with pork ramen, vegetables of dubious freshness, an overall very mild taste and a little sickening...A service without added value, with even unpleasant remarks by a waitress at the end.All topped off by a cliché animated atmosphere (SNK, One piece) and music from Naruto and Demon Slayer playing on a loop.Ramen fan, I will never go back there

The vegetarian ramen was extremely skimpy: a handful of corn, one piece of bok choy, and a piece of tofu the size of a quarter. Do not recommend.
