I come to this location maybe 3-4 times a week and the service is amazing but today when I came in everything was fine I got back to my desk to eat my lunch and finish my busy work day but unfortunately I had to throw my food away as their was hair in my food and not just my bowl but my co worker also had hair in her food . I would like for a District Manager to contact me and I’m requesting a full refund .

Tried for 1st time. Have had better and worse. Nothing special. Plate seemed out of balance. Put together too fast it looked like. Not really sure price is worth the food.

Terrible shop and app. I placed order with this store. When I went there for pick up, there is no order in this store’s system. Never experienced this with other Naya other locations. Not happy and won’t come back. The guy over the counter made me my portion, but they acted as they did me a favor. It is obviously something wrong with their order system… speechless

Ordered on their website for pick up - super convenient! There was someone at the pick up register to help me expedite the order. Clean space, decent amount of seating, but low side tables (along wall) so not as ergonomic. Will def be back! Great pita! Got the beef sharwna, baba goulash, veggie toppings, and feta

Best work spot ever. Clean straight forward food. Quick and efficient service. Pillowy and plump pita. Delicious bowls, salads, and wraps. I love that you can do 1/2 salad and 1/2 rice. I had the chicken shawarma and it was awesome. Also very well priced!

Service good. Food ok. Nice restaurant inside. Bar area very noisy. Felt for what we got wasn’t value for money rather over priced.

Solid Naya location! I've come here a couple times and service is always pretty fast! I like getting their chicken bowl with all the veggies and dips. I love how fluffy the side pita is! I still prefer Cava just because of the variety of veggie toppings and sauces, but Naya is a close second. Download their app too and you can get $5 off your first bowl.

Got delivery from Naya and had a good experience. I got the bowl with chicken. The amount of food in the bowl was enough for two meals and I’m happy with how everything tasted and the price

Enjoyed an excellent meal at the Grill on our recent visit to New York. The mains were quite pricey (45 Dollars) but the quality was excellent. Really nice Art Deco interior and so much more relaxed and spaced out than other restaurants we’d been to. We could even read the menu. Really worth a visit.

Delicious dinner at State Grill and Bar. We did the preset menu and paid in advance. Every item is so delicious. The waitress and staff are so friendly and accommodating. We ate at 6:30 then went up to Empire Observation deck for 8:00 pm night sky viewing.

The food is good. Unfortunately the baklava is fake-it's not made with phyllo dough nor does it contain any honey. It's made with wheat, flour, sugar, butter, various nut meats, salt, soy bean oil, corn starch, vegetable gums and "natural flavors". I have never seen such ingredients in baklava. I purchased it at four different locations and it's always the same so I stopped buying it. Baklava is traditionally made with phyllo dough, butter, nuts and honey. Wheat flour, regular flour, soy bean oil, corn starch, vegetable gums and "natural flavors" are not baklava ingredients but they're certainly artery clogging ones.
