I just had their shrimp teriyaki bento which was delicious!!. I've had this absolute gem of a spot a few times now and every time I ordered from them they've been Spot On!!. Looking forward to ordering from them again!.

Amazing prices and everything is made fresh once ordered. Take out only but there is a small amount of seating near the restaurant outside (by trees). I've been ordering from here at least a couple of times a week whenever I'm residing in the East Village. Their food is so addicting. Super fresh fish at a great price. Also great service--I think they recognize that it's me that's ordering whenever I call in haha. But I have to mention that this is not a dine-in restaurant. Only pick up your food here.

Found this hidden spot that looks like a storage room on yelp and it delivered! The food was bangin, it reminds me of a Japanese version of wohop. The kani salad was my favorite, they nailed it. it was extremely fresh. All of the fish was high quality and i was in love with the avocado salad too. The service was great, there's about two feet of space to step into after you open the front door but someone is always there waiting for the next customer.

New Mizu is my absolute go-to spot for takeout sushi in the city. I order it for pick up a few times a month (and have been for the past 1.5 years) and it has never disappointed. The fish is really high quality and always tastes super fresh, especially for the price. My orders are always ready on time or even earlier than promised. I have only good things to say about New Mizu. The seaweed salad and spicy miso soup are both great as well!

Best nigiri sushi lunch special you can get in New York for under $15. Very fresh and flavorful fish. Don't let the very unassuming store front fool you, these folks know what they're doing.
Definitely not the highest quality sushi you can find, but great for the value and definitely fulfills the sushi craving! I got two rolls for around $13 after tax, and tried the salmon avocado and spicy tuna with crispy rice. The special also comes with your choice of soup, soda, or water, and I opted for the miso soup. The salmon avocado was actually really good - the fish tasted really fresh and the avocado added perfect richness. The spicy tuna wasn't my favorite, since I wished it had less crispy rice and more tuna. I would definitely just order two of the salmon rolls next time!
