The jerk chicken and veggie patties are tasty.The counter person (I can't even refer to her as a young 'lady' because she didn't act like one) needs to find another job where she doesn't interact with people. I would recommend customer service training but I don't think it will help her.One Stop Patty Shop owner, if you are reading this, you have lost a good customer. I refuse to spend money where I don't get good service....I'm sure you wouldn't either.
The food was nice, patties tasted great. The woman in the front was a little rude when I asked her a question about payment. The sign about paying with a credit card was a little confusing so I asked again about paying with a card. She responded very curtly by rapping her finger on the sign saying Read the sign, read the sign, what does that say? As if I was an idiot or a child. Not professional at all.
