Have been multiple times to the different locations and it’s always a go to. Walking inside you feel instantly transported you to a restaurant in Japan, the atmosphere is peaceful and a nice place to get lunch with friends or alone. There are also so many options to choose from on the menu! Ordered the black cod miso set, with plain chawanmushi, and matcha ranch dressing which was all so tasty. The food is consistently cooked and seasoned to perfection. One of my favorite restaurants in nyc!

It’s kinda a you gotta experience for yourself I’ve come here countless of times alone and with company and I have always been treated right never been wronged and the food is always amazing honestly just choose anything and I can assure you gone like
They must not have had their all-star team playing the night I was here. It took over 15 minutes even for the waiter to bring our table water let alone take a drink order. By time we put our food order in my entree ended up being forgotten by the waiter and came way late meanwhile the other entree wasn’t even fully cooked and was sent back twice.Vegetarian options: Uncooked potatoes in the only veggie hotpot dish

The food looked good, but me and the other 2 people I came with were all very disappointed with how the food tasted, especially for the price. Very underwhelming and I waited 30-40 minutes to receive this small dessert after we had all finished our food, and the restaurant was almost closed, so it wasn’t super busy.

Appreciate the whole presentation; the food is delicious and uniquely crafted. Struggled with the menu choices a bit but settled on the Pork Kimchee Nabe Set – and it didn't disappoint! ?Though it did lean slightly towards the salty side, it was warm and authentically flavorful!

The check took forever during lunch and they seeme adequately staffed. Also, our food took forever and it turns out it was delivered to the wrong table and they took a long time to figure out where it should have gone. Food was good, just don't go if you're on a schedule.
