Been coming here on and off the last week for breakfast and it is def my new favorite. Shout out to the morning cook who prepares the breakfast sandwiches you do an amazing job with the consistency. From the rolls to the quality of ingredients and the way the eggs are cooked it is the best in the area. I am a breakfast enthusiast and have been to many different spots in Lower Manhattan this one is the best!

Now known as 123 Marketplace, formerly Open Kitchen. Otherwise identical.

Food is consistent, but the problem is the staff. In light of all that we are going through with the city returning to the office, you would think that customer service will be more pleasant during this time. the staff behaves as if they are doing you a favor instead of you paying for the service. At the breakfast grill, the staff consistently gets the order wrong with reluctance to change your order; the customer service motto is the customer is always right. With the prices being so high, it is assumed that you treat the small number of patrons with respect in order to maintain the influx of traffic. Needless to say, i will no longer spend my money in a place that doesn't respect its customers. Signed one less customer

One of the things i miss about working in FIDI is Open Kitchen. The place is loud and noisy, and quintessential NY, but don’t let that deter you, after all it’s NEW YORK! This place has food that is always fresh, and tasty. The hot buffet offers a large selection for everybody to find something. They also have grills that prepare food for you on the spot. Before the willams street location, i used to frequent their other location, but Williams St is much nicer and larger. I don’t know if they still offer the ramen noodle soups, the BEST tasting ramen noodle soup I ever had.

What use to be the open kitchen is under new ownership and is now caled the open place i havent been here since before the pandemic,i arrived at 9:00am,and the place was almost empty.the breakfast food looked very fresh.they still have a juice and smoothie bar,and a coffee bar they no longer carry my favorite organic juice,Pure Green, drats.I guess a lot of the wall street eaterys took big financial hits.im only giving it three stars for now ill rerate it when i come for lunch,i believe the hours are 9 to 4pm,closed on the weekend.Personnel are very nice and helpful, its right across from the Pacific College of Oriental medicine.More later guys.Tashi Delek

Bad service from breakfast fry cook. No acknowledgement. No service and all I wanted a ham and cheese. Never got the sandwich. I will not return even if it is right downstairs in the lobby.

Excellent spread of buffet during lunch hours. I often get my lunch from here and am never disappointed except that day after day they have the same spread. However consistency and taste is amazing. You can tell use fresh ingredients and everything is made same day. I particularly enjoy their salad spread; has freshly cut greens, broccoli salad, Brussels sprouts medley, beets roots. Carrots, broccoli rabe, collard greens.. you name it and they have it. Definitely a good option for an afternoon weekday takeout lunch.
