If I could give them zero stars I would . We went when it was extremely empty with 3 people. First we were sat with a roach under our tables. Then we had to wait for a hour and a half because they ran out of sides but they did not tell us that till an hour later and offered other customers who came after us if they wanted to be compensated with free dessert. We had to approach them to get that offer too. Then we weren't given any utensils and had to ask and they were given dirty with food on them. Then the waiter was kissing a girl in the back I can not make this up and walked toward our direction carrying a plate of food obviously not for us because we didn't order any steaks and stares at us straight in the eyes and says this isn't for you after I just glanced at him. The chicken was dry and the blooming onion was bitter and the chicken shrimp pasta had very little sauce. They didn't even collect our plates after appetizers and meals so the tables remain cluttered and gave us our free dessert melted.

Not the Outback I remembered. Food was not good at all and service very poor. The place wasn't clean and toilets were unacceptable.

Food was fantastic. Ribs fell off the bone, steak cut like butter and chicken so succulent. Everything just so tasty. Service good and friendly. A little slow but worth the wait. Definitely recommend.

every part of the experience was amazing including our wonderful server, leilani. she was so bubbly and inviting and made genuine conversation with us. and every part of the meal was delicious- appetizer (which i forgot to take a pic of), entrees, dessert, drinks, everything. this was my first time at outback and i’m glad to have had such a nice time. we’ll definitely be returning! and big thanks to leilani once again. she’s so sweet ?

The appetizers were great. Drinks were on point. The entrees weren't that great. I think we could've been 100% satisfied with just getting appetizers and drinks. Service was decent. I think we'll try another location just to be sure.

My first time at an outback and it was just ok. For starters, the bread and butter were great. Soft bread and spreadable butter. For the main, I had the ribeye and it was cooked a little too much and was thinner than what’s shown on the menu. This was paired with Aussie fries which are nothing more than just your standard fries. Also ordered the wings which were quite salty and were eventually delivered at the end of my meal
Very nice place, very clean, waiters are very friendly and don't bother you too much at the same time. Check is simple with no hidden charges. Menu is OK with many different options. I took an 18oz steak which were a bit overcooked, so if you want medium well ask for medium. Those would not be those thick cut steaks either, but the price is low as well, so no reason to have unrealistic expectations. Everything combined - a great deal. I would visit again.

I have loved the Outback chain for more than 20 years. Lately, my experience with multiple locations has made me sad. For it to be as expensive as it is to order out, why should I pay more than 50 dollars to have half a meal show up? My onion was a mess. Sauce was upside down and open. My Alice Springs chicken that I paid extra for because of asparagus was so disappointing. They try to respond asking you to speak further on the Outback website only to make it look as if they care on google. "Can't have a bad review with no response." How about good service for the price.

People say about going to gallaghers or smiths for great steak, but trust me this steakhouse is the best, staff are friendly, food is amazing and at a great price. The manager Tyrone was second to none he couldn't do enough for us. Its a definite must before even contemplating the others. Thank you so much for making our last night in New York amazing xx
